Cacao Ceremony: My Spirit Familiar

In this cacao journey, the ordinary becomes quietly magical. Through slow sipping and gentle guidance, you’ll meet your spirit familiar, an animal presence who offers companionship, grounding, and guidance as you walk between worlds.

This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.

Wow. What an unexpected and profound experience! I've always had an association with Wolves from childhood... as that's the nickname of my local football club! Often wolves images in my life and I knew a wolf would appear - and he did. Representing courage and loyalty, he lay down on my left. However! Out of the blue, a huge (female) black bear walked in too, roaring!!! She lay down on my right and represented fearless protection. It was an incredible experience.
