Thank you everybody for coming.
I really appreciate you being here tonight.
Welcome if you are new.
I'm going to invite you to close your eyes.
Place both your hands over your heart.
And start taking some beautiful nourishing breaths.
Breathing into your heart.
So we take a moment to settle in.
Arriving here.
Arriving into your body.
Releasing any tension in your jaw.
In your shoulders.
Breathing nice and deep into your heart.
Beautiful Goddess,
Thank you for this day.
Please guard and protect me as I honour your way.
Your light of protection,
I carry it strong.
No ill wishes or troubles can come along.
Nothing can harm me or weaken my soul,
Because light is my weapon and peace is my goal.
May the universe surround us all with its beautiful light and love,
To protect and shield us from above.
Surround us with a shield so bright,
Keeping us safe both day and night.
I invite you to breathe in that light.
Breathe in that love.
Feel that white light wrapping around you like a warm blanket.
Breathing it into your heart.
That light connects us here in this space.
It keeps us energy.
And it keeps us safe.
Invite you to have one more beautiful deep nourishing breath into your heart feeling that light and a long,
Slow breath out.
When you're ready,
Holding your cacao.
So that you feel the warmth in your fingers.
Breathing in that beautiful earthly aroma.
Perhaps even placing your cacao directly against your chest so that you feel the warmth in your heart.
With deep gratitude.
We honour Mama Cacao and the sacred medicine she offers.
Gratitude for her grounding presence and her heart-opening magic.
We give thanks to the ancestors,
The wisdom keepers and the traditional custodians of the sacred lands from which this cacao was born.
We pay respect to the farmers and families,
Their hands that planted,
Tended and harvested this cacao before it found its way into our cups tonight.
We offer gratitude to the earth that grew Mama Cacao,
The rains that nourished her.
The sun that warmed her and the winds that carried her here.
May we receive this cacao with open hearts and deep respect as we gather together tonight to return to our wholeness.
With Mama Cacao as our guide.
Tonight we'll take our first three sips together.
Three intentional sips.
Three sacred invitations to connect deeper within.
So holding that cup close to your heart,
Keeping your eyes closed.
As we prepare to take our first sit together.
May we simply notice.
Notice what you are feeling today.
Without fixing,
Without judging,
Without wishing it was different.
We sip and simply notice.
As that first sip of cacao enters your body.
Breathing into its energy.
Notice the battle that may be playing on in your mind.
Take a moment to remind yourself that we can be both brave and afraid,
Strong and tender.
Healing and still hurting.
Hopeful.
And uncertain.
We don't need to battle those emotions.
None of these cancel each other out.
They simply make us beautifully,
Wonderfully human.
And as we prepare to take our second sip together.
I would like you to invite every part of yourself to have a seat at your table.
Allow the joyful parts,
The grieving parts,
The confident parts,
The uncertain parts to come,
Sit and be seen.
You don't have to choose which version of you deserves love today.
Sip and allow all of your parts to be seen.
Breathing into that energy,
Allowing each emotion,
Each part of you to be fully seen and felt.
We are so often taught to divide ourselves into good emotions and bad emotions.
Yet nature doesn't work that way.
The storm,
Waters,
The forest.
Fires clear the old way.
Night allows the stars to shine.
Our emotions are much the same.
Joy.
Sadness.
Anger.
Wanda fear,
Gratitude.
Excitement.
Peace.
Together,
They create the beautiful spectrum of what it means to be alive.
We are not one part.
We are not one emotion.
We are not one colour.
We are the whole rainbow.
And as we prepare to take our third sip together.
Fully embrace your wholeness,
Welcoming your whole self home,
The parts still growing,
The parts still healing,
The parts that have always been enough.
May this third sip remind you that you never needed to become someone else.
You simply needed to give yourself permission to return to your wholeness.
Breathing into the energy of that sip.
These three sips,
Noticing,
Allowing.
And embracing.
Breathe into that and continue to sip your cacao.
As we connect with tonight's song.
I am the change in seasons,
The oceans and the tides The moon in all her phases,
With darkness by my side I am not just one part,
I am both light and dark I honor my joy and sorrow because every part belongs Millions of pieces make me whole I embrace them all in my soul I will not forget who I am By hiding parts I don't yet understand I face them,
Thank them,
Hold them close For these are the parts that need me you I might not have all the answers,
But this I know is true I will not abandon myself as I journey gently through I am me,
Scars and all,
I am here I stand tall,
I return to myself myself I return to my wholeness I return to myself I will not abandon myself I return to my wholeness I return to myself I will not abandon myself I return to my wholeness I return to myself Ooh.
.
.
Ooooooooh you Oh.
Oh,
Oh,
Oh,
Oh Mm-hmm I will not abandon myself I return to my wholeness I return to myself breathing into that energy.
We spend so much of our lives deciding which parts of ourselves deserves love.
And often it's the joyful or successful parts,
While we try quietly to hide everything else.
But what if healing isn't about becoming someone else,
Or someone new?
What if healing is remembering that every part belongs to you?
When our tears fall,
They become rain.
And when the light returns,
That rain becomes rainbows.
Our emotions are not signs that we are broken.
They are reminders that we are alive.
Within you lives courage and softness,
Grief and gratitude,
Rest and adventure,
Darkness and light.
You are not half a person waiting for your missing piece.
You are the whole sky,
Every cloud,
Every sunrise,
Every storm,
Every star.
You are light.
You are love.
You are whole.
Thank you,
And blessed be.
