Cacao Ceremony: I Am The One

This cacao ceremony is an invitation to release old patterns of seeking love and to step into self-trust and sovereignty. A space to reconnect, re-parent yourself, and embody the mantra: I am the one I’ve been waiting for.

This track was recorded live during one of our weekly cacao ceremonies here on Insight Timer. This is a regular space where hearts gather from around the world to slow down, connect, and remember who we are beneath the noise. It is one of my favourite times of the week when we gather together and allow cacao to lead us back to ourselves.

Listening in the car on the way to celebrate hubby's birthday with the kids and this was so soothing I fell asleep for a bit. I know it sunk into my subconscious but I'll definitely listen again 💜🙏🏻😌
