No ill wishes or troubles can come along.
Nothing can harm me or weaken my soul because light is my power and peace is my goal.
May the universe surround us all with their beautiful light and love to protect and shield us from above,
Wrapping us in their light so bright,
Keeping us safe both day and night.
So I'm going to invite you to breathe in that light,
Breathe in that love,
Feel it surrounding you,
Feeling it wrapping around you like a warm blanket,
That beautiful white light from the universe.
It not only protects us and keeps us safe,
But it connects each and every one of us here tonight.
As we breathe in that light,
Opening up to this space,
Feeling that love and that energy.

Just continue to breathe into your heart.

May the moon softly restore us by night,
Cradling our hearts in her silver light.
We sip to the moon,
Breathing into the energy of that sip,
Visualizing the glow of the moon protecting you,
Guiding you.
Just breathe into the moon's energy.
With our next sip together,
May the ocean wash our sorrows away,
Cleansing our spirit so that love can stay.
We sip to the oceans,
Breathing into the energy of that sip,
Feeling the water washing away any sorrow,
Any pain,
Letting those emotions flow freely,
Breathing in to the ocean's energy.
With our next sip together,
May the earth hold us steady and sure,
With roots to ground and wings to soar.
We sip to mother earth,
Breathing in to the energy of that sip,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Giving you stability,
Balance,
And the power to be free to move.
Breathe in to that earth energy.
With these elements,
The sun to awaken,
The moon to soften,
The ocean to cleanse,
And the earth to hold us,
We now remember that we were never meant to stay small.
We were born to rise.
We were born to fly.
