I invite you to take a comfortable seat.
If your pet's with you,
Invite them close,
Beside you,
At your feet,
Or in your arms.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And softly exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Slow inhale,
And long gentle exhale.
Let this moment be simple.
There's nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to do.
This is your reset.
This is your beginning.
Now feel your body supported.
Notice your feet on the floor,
Or your body resting in your chair.
Imagine soft golden roots growing down from you into the earth.
Anchoring you.
Steadying you.
Grounding you.
Now imagine your pet also grounded.
Their paws gently connected to the earth.
Calm,
Safe,
Steady.
You are both supported.
Take another slow breath together.
Exhale.
With every inhale,
Invite in fresh morning energy.
With every exhale,
Release anything heavy from yesterday.
Let yesterday go.
This is a new day.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing there.
See that light glowing in your pet's heart.
With each breath,
That light grows brighter,
Warmer,
More peaceful.
Now imagine a gentle beam of light connecting your heart to your pet's heart.
A line of understanding.
A line of safety.
A line of love.
You don't need words.
Just breath together.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel how quickly they respond when you slow down.
Feel how safe they become when you soften.
Your calm becomes their calm.
And together you create a field of peace in your home.
Now silently repeat after me the following.
Today is a fresh start.
Today we move forward with ease.
Today we choose calm over chaos.
Today we choose connection over reaction.
Imagine your home filled with soft golden morning light.
See yourself moving through the day steady and centered.
See your pet relaxed,
Confident,
And at ease.
If challenges arise today,
You will breathe.
If tension appears,
You will soften.
If your pet feels uncertain,
You will be their anchor.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
And imagine placing a shield of gentle protection light around the both of you.
This filters out stress.
It filters out outside energy.
It keeps only what serves your highest good.
Your home becomes a sanctuary.
Your presence becomes medicine.
Your pet feels it.
You feel it too.
Now imagine joy entering this space.
Simple joy.
A wagging tail.
A soft purr.
A morning stretch.
A shared glance.
Say quietly the following.
We welcome ease.
We welcome play.
We welcome clarity.
We welcome harmony.
Let a small smile form on your face.
Your nervous system is resetting.
Your pet senses your steadiness.
You are leading the energy of this day.
Take one final slow deep breath together.
Inhale strength.
Exhale doubt.
Inhale confidence.
Exhale yesterday.
Place your hand gently on your heart.
Or on your pet.
Say the following.
We begin this day grounded.
We begin this day connected.
We begin this day empowered.
We begin this day in peace.
When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry this energy with you throughout the day.
Your calm is contagious.
Your presence matters.
And your pet feels everything.
