Hi,
This is Ash and welcome to your manifestation meditation.
We'll begin with a few breaths and a body scan,
Followed by affirmations and a silent portion to sink deeper into stillness.
And begin by taking a moment to settle into your space,
Finding your comfort.
And at this time I invite you to draw in a nice slow sip of air in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Another slow sip of air in through the nose and out.
Feeling the bottom of that breath.
And one more inhale.
And slowly exhaling,
Feeling those shoulders drop.
And bringing the mind back to watch your natural pace of breath.
Watching it enter.
And watching it exit.
Noticing all of those subtle sensations of breath in the body.
And at this time I invite you to bring your awareness to your forehead.
Noticing any sensations here.
And allowing this space to feel heavy.
And as it relaxes,
Noticing your eyes become heavy.
And bringing your awareness down to your jaw.
Creating space here by resting your tongue on the roof of your mouth and parting your teeth.
And as this space relaxes,
Noticing your ears relax too.
And noticing some ease coming back to your breath.
And allowing that relaxation to travel down to your shoulders.
Softening the chest and the back.
Relaxing the hands.
And unknotting the torso.
Allowing it to expand fully as you breathe.
And settling into your hips.
Allowing them to support you as you rest.
Feeling the weight of your legs.
Softening the knees and the ankles.
And releasing that nearly undetectable tension in your thighs,
Calves and feet.
Allowing the whole body to relax.
Sinking into your stillness.
Continue following your breath in and out of your body.
And if it feels good in this moment,
You can use the following dialogue as your own internal reference to entering the energy of manifestation.
I've come a long way.
Balancing many tasks and responsibilities all at once.
I feel my body and mind tire from time to time.
And I honor my need for rest and for care.
Because when I give myself the space to let it all go,
Even just for a little while,
Returning to my inner stillness that is available to me in every moment.
I open up to the universal frequency of which creates my future.
The more still I become,
The more clarity I gain into what I can lovingly release.
Because it no longer serves my path in life.
And the more still I become,
The more clarity I gain into what it is that I wish to replace and refill that space with.
I let go of what holds me back so that my hands can catch what is meant for me and with ease.
I trust my timing and know that all is as it should be right now.
I trust the process of accepting an abundance of goodness when it arrives.
When I see the good that is already surrounding me,
My body,
Mind and soul amplifies that energy.
Creating a stronger bond between myself and the universe.
And thus attracting all the goodness that is mine to receive.
I place my intention upon creating my most desired future and I place my attention on the present moment taking focused actions one step at a time in the direction of that intention.
While also remembering to feel and celebrate that good along the way because that feeling is what re-energizes my ability to keep going.
And so it is.
And taking another nice slow subabair in through the nose.
And out.
Feeling the bottom of that breath.
And returning your awareness back to your natural pace.
Following that breath in and out of the body.
When you notice your mind has wandered to thought,
Gently redirect your awareness back to your breath.
Sinking deeper into stillness for the next few minutes.
I'll be here holding space for you and watching the clock.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
And drawing in a nice slow subabair in through the nose.
And out.
Another slow inhale through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And before opening our eyes,
Taking a moment here for gratitude.
Thanking your body for bringing you here.
And thanking the mind for being present.
And thanking your whole self for gifting yourself this time of relaxation and alignment.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
Namaste.
