Welcome to this moment of reclaiming the observer within.
My invitation to you is to simply allow yourself to settle in for the next few moments.
Give yourself full permission to be here now in this space and time.
Opening to fully receive that which is already within you.
I invite you to simply notice your breath.
As you begin to notice your breath,
Begin to observe if it is fast,
Shallow,
Long,
Or deep.
Not trying to change anything,
Just simply observing the pattern of your breath as it naturally ebbs and flows.
Naturally,
As we return to the observer within,
Our breath will gently begin to lengthen on inhale and exhale.
Giving yourself this space to just sit with the question,
What if I became the observer of my life,
The observer of the world around me?
What if I could step back from all of the chaos around me,
All of the stimuli,
And just simply begin to observe?
Just noticing what comes up for you in this moment as you begin to notice where your energy lies,
Where your energy is invested,
Where you might be able to reclaim that energy,
Drawing it back to yourself,
And just simply observe the situation at hand.
What if you stepped back and you did not have to take things so personally?
What if allowing yourself to return to the observer within,
You regain your peace,
Your ability to be and stay calm?
What if being the observer allows you to return to your center that is always within you?
In this moment,
Allowing yourself to breathe into your heart space,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
And just allowing yourself to visualize yourself as the eye of the storm.
As you breathe into your heart center and you visualize yourself calm,
Collected,
Actively practicing the art of observation within yourself and your life.
Begin to notice the activities,
The stimuli,
Or the storms going on around you,
Tuning into the storms of your own life,
Of your immediate family,
Of your extended family,
Of your friends,
Neighbors,
Community,
And world.
Notice as you tune in to all of the chaos and the storms around you,
What feelings arise within you.
It is common for us to be stricken with fear or worry when we focus on the storm.
Now begin to bring your breath in consciously into the heart center as you return to yourself.
As you remind yourself that you do not have to be consumed by the storm going on around you,
Rather you get to be in your own center.
Visualize yourself as the eye of the storm,
The calm,
Cool,
Collected,
Compassionate,
Loving,
And understanding part of you.
Reminding yourself that as we step back into the observer within,
We regain our power.
We regain our choice.
When we have the power of choice,
We then have the power to do and become anything we desire.
So in this moment,
Tune in to what it feels like to simply return to your breath.
Return to the observer within.
As you breathe into your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel the peace within.
Allow each breath to be your medicine.
Return home to yourself by returning that missing element,
That missing link.
Return home by being the observer of yourself and the life around you.
As you continue to tune into the feeling of being the observer within,
You strengthen your capacity to have compassion and understanding for yourself and others.
Within this observation state,
You get to reclaim all parts of your fragmented soul,
Where you have sent those parts out to different situations that are consuming your energy.
From this space of observation,
Take note and call back all parts of yourself to the here and now that no longer serve being spent in spaces that no longer deserve your energy time or focus.
Give yourself this space to just simply breathe and receive.
Allow yourself full permission to return home to yourself,
Knowing that your center and the power that you hold lie within,
That your breath is your medicine in moments where you feel scattered or confused,
Worried or scared.
The power of returning to yourself will grow and expand the more you focus on the art of observation.
Release any thoughts of the mind that tell you you're not doing it right.
Release all worries of feeling the need to be in control.
Release all fears.
Return to your heart and the wisdom that it holds.
Return to the observer within.
Return home and feel at peace within.
Allow yourself to breathe in this moment.
Allow yourself to be still and listen to your heart's wisdom.
Allow yourself to be here now with loving awareness.
Feeling throughout your day with the awareness around consciously breathing,
Knowing that each breath will calm your nervous system and allow you to return to being the observer.
Allowing yourself to slowly come back to the space around you whenever you're ready,
Bringing the power of observation with you as you proceed through your day or fall into your beautiful deep sleep at night.
