This is the Healing Waters Meditation.
Imagine you are floating in clean,
Warm water.
It can be any body of water that you want.
A bubble bath,
A calm lake,
An ocean.
No one is around and everything is quiet.
Feel the weightlessness of your existence.
Take deep breaths as the water cradles you.
Thoughts and emotions may start to bubble up to the surface.
Observe yourself as though you were watching from above.
Step outside of your experience and return to your breath.
Observe your senses.
What is around you in these healing waters?
Maybe you can smell your favorite candle,
Pine trees,
The damp forest floor,
Or the salty ocean air.
Can you hear anything?
Can you hear anything?

As you breathe,
Imagine the water healing any areas of stress,
Tension,
Sore muscles.
This body of water has the ability to wash away anything that has been weighing you down physically,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
Give yourself permission to let go for a few moments.
Let go of everything that has been weighing you down.
Let go of everything that has been weighing you down.
Return to your body and slowly start to rise from the water.
Soaking wet,
You step out into the sun.
Imagine the sun's rays drying and evaporating all of that water.
Everything is turned to vapor as you bask in the warmth of the sun.
