Kayla has been practicing yoga for 10 years. After struggling with chronic fatigue syndrome and PCOS she decided to try something different. After her first yoga class she was amazed to feel clear-headed and calm on leaving the class. She experimented with various styles of yoga and began to notice that she had more energy, slept better, and recovered faster from illness. After seeing the difference yoga made in her life, Kayla was on a mission to help others by teaching yoga.
