Welcome to a meditation where we will connect the earth,
The whole world with our body.
The theme of this meditation has the body is my continent,
The body is a continent and as you sit down in a comfortable seated position with the shoulders rest,
The shin slightly towards the throat,
The eyes perhaps closed or open,
Growing tall through the crown of the head and at the same time the sitting bones and the legs are going towards the middle of the earth.
There is a push and pull which will inoculate any effort of pulling down or pushing up,
Creating that equilibrium while you sit.
And if you need to raise your hips or the pillow to behind your back against the wall or perhaps even to sit in a chair or on a stool,
Please do so.
Allow you to be comfortable in the seated position.
And it says we start to withdraw into the breath as we inhale in and exhale out as we invite the next breath to come and to join and the next and the next.
Inviting the breath as a blessing.
Let that bless to spread throughout every single cell in your body and in your mind and in your whole being.
With each inhale you feel the blessings from that mother earth traveling in towards every part of your body.
Let you feel we love and kindness and you exhale you let go of everything that no longer serves you.
It is a release of whatever is linging there that he hasn't have been had any use in your life.
And slowly we'll start to then be more present at this moment as we walk hand in hand with the breath.
As we dance together with the breath.
And as the chest moves along with the breath,
Your heartbeat,
Your nostrils,
Your lungs,
The blood circulation,
The prana traveling through every single knot,
Every single vessel of your body.
And slowly we become one with mother earth.
We start to recognize how we are all children from this nature,
From this mother.
That every time I cry a drop into the sea or a sprinkle of seawater is released.
That every time I laugh and experience joy is the singing of the birds in the morning when the sun is rising.
Every time I observe with kindness and clearness is the sun shining upon me.
Every time I sneeze is a lightning coming out.
Every time my heartbeat is along with the heartbeat of the earth.
Every time I breathe,
I breathe what the trees breathe out.
And every time I breathe out,
The trees will breathe in.
Every time I walk is a gentle earthquake.
Every time I stump is a volcano starting.
Every time I scream is a strong winds.
And you can continue.
Perhaps you have your own saying on this story,
What your body and what your being,
How it's connected with the elements,
With the earth,
With the skies,
With the weather,
With the seas,
With the rivers.
Every time I let go,
I open doors and I open streams for the river to flow.
Every time I open my heart,
I invite a perfect connection between all human beings,
In all animals,
In all and sentient energies around the world.
Every time I open my heart,
I can feel how connected we all are.
Every time I let go,
I become more grounded.
And now I will give you a few minutes to go through your deep connection,
To find your own associations,
Gentle associations,
Kind associations with you and this world.
And here we stopped feeling small and little and trapped in this tiny world to be ever evolving and ever growing.
You can feel it as space within every single part of your body and your mind.
Perhaps you've been feeling that is a loving support,
Holding you in their arms right now.
Sitting there for a few more breaths with what is now.
When I inhale,
Open your arms to the side and exhale,
Embrace yourself.
Give a big hug.
And if you wish,
You can sigh.
Like you're embracing the whole world and the whole world is embracing you back.
And then the next inhale,
Again,
Open the arms and cross and let the opposite arm come above.
And embrace yourself once more.
And when you feel ready,
You can release the arms,
Rub the hands against each other,
Creating some heat,
Some warmth.
Clapping the hands and placing the hands into your eyes,
Open the eyes there.
And gently remove the hands from your eyes.
Perhaps sitting there for a few breaths with the eyes open,
Start to raise the eyes at the horizontal level and then gently start to look up and to the side,
To the space where you are.
And with a big thank you,
And with an open heart,
I see you another time.
Thank you for being here today.
Namaste.
