Through breathing, we find a place where healing can happen. In this meditation, we will explore our breath, use it to create an adequate environment, and then bring wellness into the body. Included here is an introduction to Prana, Jatharagni (the fire in the navel), as well as breath techniques, such as Chandra bhedana, Surya bhedana, and Nadi shodana.
