Hello everyone,
I'm here to present you with a chanting,
A prayer to Pantanjali,
Krishnamashaya and to all the Gurus.
I hope you enjoy,
You're welcome to sit down,
Close your eyes,
Place the hands into prayer,
The thumbs touching the sternum,
And slightly bow the chin towards the chest,
Bowing towards your hands.

Bring the hands to the centre of the forehead and then to your chest.
Bringing gratitude,
Kindness,
Surrendering to Ishvara,
To the universal consciousness,
Free from time,
From space and form.
Thank you.
This chanting can be used as a focus into Ishvara to the conscious,
To the universal conscious in this,
In the universe,
In the earth,
Everywhere.
You might connect to what could be corresponded to a Mother Nature.
A meditation focusing on Ishvara would bring a calmer life and calmer mind.
Surrendering to a higher purpose or to a higher entity will take our pleasures,
Our afflictions away from us.
Taking in that,
You can keep listening to the chanting again.
Or do a pranayama which will be focusing on extending the exhalation for,
Accordingly to your body,
Accordingly to your structure and holding after the exhalation as well,
Not exaggerating but holding for a time that you think that will not constrict your inhalation or your breath in the long term.
Exhalation,
Why?
Focusing on the exhalation and the holding after exhalation because it is an expel of the prana.
So,
Exile is a panavayu which has a downward movement which expels,
It has an expelling movement out of the body.
So,
Ends practicing the exhalation with a holding after the exhalation and on the holding focusing on the Ishvara.
It has a meditating process to start to bring a calm and a quick glimpse onto the atma that is your true self.
So,
With that,
I hope you enjoy this or take in consideration what I've just mentioned.
And namaste,
Wish you all a really good day,
Take all the best.
