Feel the weight of your body,
The seat or the floor beneath you,

Feel the steady support,
Bring your attention to your breath,

It is yours too.

Think about that emotion,

There is nothing you need to do with what you felt today,

You just sat with it and that's already something,
Something big.
You allowed yourself to feel it and you are allowed to feel all of it but this axis inside you,
