Arisha is a passionate lifelong learner, always eager to explore new horizons and challenge herself. With a deep interest in personal growth, she continuously seeks ways to expand her knowledge and support her well-being. She has been practicing yoga since the age of 15, and in 2020, she deepened her journey by completing a one-year yoga teacher training. Continuing her path, she became a breathwork teacher in 2023, integrating different approaches to support the body and mind. Today, Arisha’s work is focused on helping people restore their nervous system through gentle, accessible practices — including yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Her approach is soft, supportive, and grounded in both personal experience and an understanding of how the body responds to stress. Through her work, she aims to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gradually return to a state of balance and ease.
