Anshin Devin Ashwood

Anshin has trained for many years as a Zen student with Tenshin Reb Anderson, Ingen Breen and other teachers from San Francisco Zen Center, and worked as a Buddhist Prison Chaplain for 16 years. He has a Masters degree in Mindfulness from Bangor University and has worked extensively in addiction recovery as a therapist and teacher specialising in Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention supervision and teacher training. He now works as the Director and is a Community Dharma Leader at the Gaia House Insight Meditation retreat centre.
