Receiving Meditation For 'Post-Decluttering'

Getting into receiving mode is important for manifesting what you want. Decluttering your space is part of this process. This guided meditation has been created to guide you to receive abundance after you have decluttered your space.

Okay,

So Gavin,

This is a guided meditation to help you to create a positive and abundant future.

So I'd like you to find somewhere to sit or lie down and just make yourself comfortable and I want you to take some nice deep cleansing breaths and take your awareness inside.

You may want to close your eyes and really enjoy this guided meditation.

I want you to imagine that there is a healing,

Calming and peaceful energy flowing up from the centre of Mother Earth and it's flowing up to reach you and the soles of your feet.

You may notice it's colour,

You may not have a colour,

But it's very calm,

It's very relaxed and it's very peaceful.

So I want you to allow that energy to flow through the soles of your feet,

All around the tops of your feet,

Around your heels,

Around your toes.

Then it's going to flow into your ankles,

Into your calves,

Into your knees,

Into your upper legs.

And that relaxing,

Peaceful energy is going to flow up into your pelvic area and then up into your torso.

It's going to flow up the front of your body,

Up the back of your body and into every organ,

Cell and gland inside your torso.

It's going to flow then up into your shoulders,

Down your arms,

To your elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands and your fingers.

And then it's going to flow back up your arms,

Up to your shoulders and then into your neck.

And that relaxing,

Calming and peaceful energy is going to flow up into your head,

Into your chin,

Around your mouth,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

Your ears.

And then round your eyes,

Across your forehead,

Up to the top of your head and down the back of your head.

I want you to imagine now that you find yourself at the top of a beautiful staircase.

It's inside a magnificent building.

I want you to start going down the steps,

Starting with the tenth step.

Step down onto the next one,

Number nine.

And as you do,

You feel more and more relaxed,

More and more calm.

Step down onto the next one,

Number eight,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And then when you're ready,

Step down onto the next one,

Number seven,

Feeling more and more calm,

More and more relaxed.

Step down onto the next one,

Number six,

Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

When you're ready,

Step down onto number five,

Feeling calm and relaxed and peaceful and just going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Step down onto the next one,

Number four,

Feeling more and more relaxed,

More and more calm,

More and more peaceful.

Step down onto the next one,

Number three,

Feeling deeply relaxed,

Feeling calmer and more peaceful than you've ever felt before.

Step down onto the next one,

Number two,

And going deeper and deeper into relaxation.

When you're ready,

Step down onto the next one,

Number one,

Feeling more and more calm,

More and more relaxed.

You'll notice in front of you that there is a door.

There's another step,

But there's a door in front of you.

I want you to step down onto what is the ground floor,

Zero,

And go through that door.

And as you open the door,

You notice that it's the most wonderful,

Gorgeous and peaceful library.

So step inside and just enjoy that incredibly peaceful feeling.

Notice the colours of the room,

The colours of the books and the smell of the books,

Some old,

Some new.

Across the other side of this beautiful library,

There is a guide and they're sat at a table and chairs and they beckon you to come over.

I want you to walk towards them and greet them in whatever way is normal for you.

And they're going to beckon to you to join them at the table and sit down.

They're then going to open up a laptop or their phone or a tablet because they want to show you a video.

And the video is you as your future self.

And as the video starts,

You recognise where you are yourself.

And you see yourself running a really profitable business.

You see yourself earning the money that you would love to earn from your business.

You see yourself attracting all of the clients,

Dream clients that you love to work with.

You see yourself charging what you're worth,

Whatever you want to charge.

And as you look at your future self,

You notice how happy,

How relaxed,

How calm that Gavin is.

Your guide is going to suggest to you that you can step into that scene as if by magic.

And your guide encourages you to just close your eyes and imagine just jumping into that future Gavin.

So do that now and see what it feels like to try that future Gavin on.

The one that charges whatever he wants.

The one that charges what he's worth.

The one that has plenty of dream clients.

The one that's running a really successful and abundant business.

And earning an income,

A healthy income,

From the work that he really loves.

And as you're standing there inside that future Gavin,

I want you to have a look out the window or in the mirror if there's one in the room that you're in.

Just see yourself or just feel what it feels like to stand there looking out the window.

And then it's time to step back out of that future Gavin and sit back with your guide.

So sit back with your guide,

Back out of that video.

And the guide has some wisdom for you.

Your guide gives you some wisdom and says that it's your turn to ask anything of your guide that you'd like to know.

And you may have a question now or you may have a question another day when you can do this guided meditation.

So if you have a question,

Ask that question now and wait for the answer.

Knowing that you can come back as many times as you want and ask your guide.

And it could be about business.

It could be about your work.

It could be about relationships.

It could be anything you like.

And then it's time to return back to the steps outside the library and your guide walks with you to the door.

Have one final look around this wonderful,

Beautiful,

Peaceful library before you go back out the door.

I'm going to start counting from one to five.

When we get back to five,

You'll be back in the room that you're in,

Sat on the chair or lying on the bed,

Wide awake,

Calm,

Peaceful and ready to get on with your day and create your future.

So get ready now to say goodbye to your guide,

Knowing that you can come back any time and see that guide.

And then I want you to step through the door as I count one.

So one.

Step through the door and back up the stairs.

Now I want you to start bringing your awareness back to the room that you're in,

The bed or the chair that you're on,

Feeling it beneath you.

Two.

Starting to feel yourself fully back in your body.

Three.

Getting ready to open your eyes.

You might want to have a bit of a stretch,

A yawn.

Four.

And then ready to open your eyes.

Five.

Open your eyes,

Wide awake and ready to get on with your day and create your future self going forward.
