
Release Resistance To Clearing Clutter
This meditation has been created to help you energetically clear your resistance to clearing your digital and physical clutter. This helps you to create space in your mind, home and office, so that you can feel calm and relaxed as well as unlocking the flow of abundance.

Okay,
So this is a guided meditation to help you to clear physical and digital clutter in your home and office.
So I want you to find somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down and then start to take a nice few deep and cleansing breaths.
When you're ready,
Take your awareness inside and you may want to close your eyes if that feels more comfortable.
Then I want you to imagine that coming up from the centre of Mother Earth,
There is a healing and clearing energy.
It feels relaxing and you'll notice it as it just starts to enter through the soles of your feet and it flows all around your feet and your toes,
The tops of your feet,
And it flows into your ankles and then up into your calves and your knees.
And that healing and clearing energy then flows into your upper legs,
Your thighs,
And then into your pelvic area and into all of the organs inside your pelvis.
That healing and clearing energy then flows up into your torso,
Up the front of your body,
And up the back of your body like a warm wave.
And then that healing and clearing energy flows into all of the organs inside your torso.
So it flows around all around your tummy,
Your digestive system,
And your diaphragm,
Around your heart and your lungs.
Then it flows up into your shoulders and down your arms,
Into your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
And your fingers.
And then that healing and clearing energy flows back up your arms,
To your shoulders,
And then into your neck.
It flows all around your neck and your throat.
Then it flows up into your head,
Into your chin,
Around your mouth,
And your cheeks,
And your ears,
Around your nose,
All around your eyes,
Right into the backs of the eyes.
And it flows across your forehead,
The top of your head,
And down the back of your head.
I want you to imagine now that you are standing at the top of a wooden staircase.
The steps of the staircase are numbered,
And as you step down from the top step to the next one,
To the next one,
The number fades away.
So I'm going to walk with you down these steps.
And the first step at the top has a number 10 on it.
I want you to step down now onto the step with the number 9 on it,
And the 10 will just disappear.
And as you do that,
You feel more and more relaxed.
When you're ready,
I want you to step from the step 9 down onto number 8.
And as you do the number 9,
It just disappears,
Just fades away.
And as you step down,
You feel yourself going into more and more relaxation,
Just deeper and deeper.
And when you're ready,
I want you to take the next step onto step 7.
And as you do the number 8,
It simply fades away.
Step down onto the next one,
Number 6,
Feeling more and more relaxed.
When you're ready,
Step down onto the next one,
Number 5,
The 6 will disappear.
And you can feel yourself going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
When you're ready,
Step down onto the next one,
Number 4,
Feeling more and more calm,
More and more relaxed.
Step down onto the next one,
As that 4 disappears.
And you're stepping now onto step 3,
Feeling more and more calm and more and more relaxed.
When you're ready,
Step down onto number 2,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
When you're ready,
Step down onto number 1,
Feeling more and more calm,
More and more relaxed.
When you're ready,
I want you to step down onto what is the ground.
And when you step down onto it,
You will notice that it is a beautiful,
Beautiful beach.
It may be a beach that you're familiar with,
It may be a beach that you'd love to go to,
Or it may be simply a beach that is in your imagination.
Step down onto that beach now.
You may want to slip off your shoes and feel the sand beneath your feet and through your toes.
And it's a beautiful beach,
And the weather is just the perfect weather that you like.
You can see the waves gently lapping,
You can hear the birds above.
I want you to start walking either to the left or to the right,
Feeling that beautiful sand beneath your feet.
You're feeling really relaxed and calm and warm.
You'll notice that there is a guide or an angel approaching you,
And they're beckoning you to come and sit down.
You'll see the seating,
It looks really comfortable.
Go and take a seat and just enjoy the ambience of this beach.
Another guide is going to bring you a really nutritious drink on a beautiful tray.
And as you're sipping that drink and just feeling more and more relaxed,
More and more clear,
They also hand you a tablet.
As the tablet flickers on,
You'll notice that it's your home and your office.
And what you also notice is the areas that are cluttered,
Whether that's digital or physical clutter.
And as you're watching the screen and sipping your nutritious drink and enjoying the relaxation of sitting there on the beach,
Listening to the waves and the birds beside your guide or angel,
You'll notice that where the clutter is digitally or physically in your home and office,
It starts to loosen,
Starts to feel lighter.
It starts to fade in colour and it continues to just loosen and fade.
What you notice is the kind of negative energy just draining out of it,
Just making it feel easier to move it.
Then as you're watching the screen,
You can see yourself in the home and in the office,
Just easily clearing that clutter.
It just feels so easy.
You've got music on or a podcast or audible.
You look calm and relaxed and relaxed,
But productive.
You're actually enjoying clearing this clutter.
And it's so easy to actually do it.
And the more you clear,
The lighter you feel,
The more organised you feel,
The more free you feel.
And the clip on the screen slowly comes to an end.
And as it ends,
You can see yourself feeling really pleased with yourself,
Feeling really accomplished.
It's been a great decluttering session and you feel amazing.
The screen fades and turns off and you hand back the tablet to your guide or angel.
You sit there for a few more moments,
Relaxing and just soaking in the beauty of the beach.
And you finish your drink and the guide or angel that's been sat beside you walks with you back towards the steps along the beach.
You say your goodbye now to your angel or guide and thank them.
And you may want to slip your shoes back on,
Ready to go back up the stairs.
When we get back up the stairs,
You're going to feel relaxed and calm,
Wide awake,
Back in the room that you're in,
Back sitting on the chair or lying on the bed that you're lying on.
And to start this process,
I'm going to count from one to five.
When we get back to five,
You'll be back where you started.
Just start going up the steps.
One,
Just starting to bring your awareness back to yourself.
Two,
Bringing your awareness back to your body.
Three,
Bringing your awareness back to the room that you're in.
Four,
Getting ready to open your eyes back in your room,
Where you're sitting or lying.
And five,
Open your eyes.
Wide awake,
Ready to get on with your day and your decluttering.
And smile.
