I am going to guide you to a beautiful sacred garden where you can raise your energy and prepare yourself to connect with your guardian angel.
Before beginning this meditation you need to find a quiet place where you can be undisturbed for about half an hour.
Please do not do this meditation whilst driving.
Turn off the phone and give yourself this time to relax.
Maybe light a candle and make this a time to nourish yourself.
Take a few moments making yourself comfortable with your spine straight either sitting or lying down.
Turn off the phone and have this time as your time to relax,
Center and balance you.
The more relaxed and calm you are the easier it is for your guardian angel to come close to you.
Each time you go into your sacred garden your connection will become stronger.
Make yourself comfortable now and begin to focus on your breathing,
Allowing your breath to flow gently in and out.
Becoming aware of the breath softly flowing in and out of your nose.
And as you focus your attention here you will find that your whole body will begin to relax.
As your breathing softens your mind is clearing and letting go so that you are able to be fully present.
As you focus your attention on your breathing you will immediately sense a warm relaxing feeling spreading through your body,
Following the breath slowly in and out,
Calming you and bringing you back into balance.
Anytime you find your mind wandering just refocus on the breath and it will bring you back.
Imagine now that you are standing at the entrance to a beautiful garden.
An ancient gate stands before you.
It is almost hidden from view,
Covered with ivy trailing in and out of the iron railings.
It has stood so long untouched it has almost been overgrown.
You can see that it once would have been the most striking entrance with ornate filigree railings.
You reach out your hand and gently lift away some of the vines growing around it looking for the handle.
You suddenly feel it beneath your fingers and give it a gentle push.
With delight you find that the gate opens.
As you step into the garden you are immediately aware of a sense of tranquility.
Standing still you begin to take in all of your surroundings.
An archway of trees lies ahead of you,
Branches intermingling and laden with white blossoms.
As you walk beneath it the air is filled with a delicate fragrance and you feel so tranquil and at peace.
The garden has been untouched for a while and is filled with flowers that are so vibrant and colourful they are almost translucent.
A sense of wonder fills you as you wander further on the path.
A trail has been left for you to follow as the path begins to weave its way deeper into the garden.
You hear the gentle trickle of a stream flowing through the undergrowth and begin to follow the sound until you see it spilling over stones embedded in the bank.
As you walk over to it you see that there are few large flat stepping stones across to the other side.
You feel compelled to step across and as you walk deeper into the garden you come upon a small copse of trees.
Each of them has a canopy of the most beautiful yellow leaves almost turning gold with the sunlight streaming through them.
At the foot of one tree there is a seat.
It has an ancient feel to it and you feel drawn to sit on it under this magnificent tree.
Yellow golden leaves are scattered about your feet enveloping you in a circle of gold.
The sky is a clear blue and the warm sun relaxes you.
Focus again on your breathing,
Slowing it down even more now and letting go.
Your body is beginning to relax deeply and you are feeling so tranquil and calm.
You feel so grounded and centered,
Feeling the strength of the magnificent tree behind your back.
The sun is streaming down and filtering through the leaves emitting a soft golden halo around you.
Breathe in the stream of golden light through your crown allowing it to flow down into your heart and breathe out love.
The golden sunlight is now flowing through the rest of your body filling you until it is spilling over and around you.
Your heart is emitting a gentle pulse.
Your aura is now radiating a soft golden light totally enveloping you in a golden bubble of divine protection.
You are so peaceful,
Feeling totally safe and protected in your sacred garden.
You have now created a loving space in which to connect with your guardian angel.
With pure love in your heart,
Invoke and invite your guardian angel with only the highest source of light and love to come close to you now.
You begin to sense an immense presence close to you.
In a radiant golden glow of light you see that a beautiful angel is now standing before you.
This golden light permeates everything around you and you feel so tranquil in its presence.
The angel smiles at you and welcomes you by your name.
It tells you that it is your guardian angel and is always close to you guiding and protecting you.
All you need do is call upon its presence at any time.

Whatever comes to you either through words,
Feelings or in any other way is perfect for you.
With its wings outstretched towards you it feels so natural for you to move into your angel's embrace.
Enfolded by the magnificent wings enveloping you in unconditional love you feel a deep stirring within you.
You feel your heart expanding and the love transferring between you and you feel totally protected and safe.
Breathe deeply and take a minute now to fully experience this love that is flowing between you.
Your guardian angel gently steps aside and tells you that a connection has truly been made and invites you at any time to call upon them.
