First,
Make yourself comfortable.
You can sit or lie down and just find the best position for you and allow yourself to relax.
Notice how you're feeling in this moment.
Just pay attention to the state of your body right now.
Do not try to change anything.
Simply observe any tension,
Any discomfort,
Any pain and allow yourself to let them go.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold it and slowly breathe out.
You're going to breathe deeply in and out through the nose and notice that you're calmer and more relaxed with each breath.
Breathe in and out.
Feel your jaws relax.
Feel the tension leave your neck and shoulders.
Feel your body begin to relax slightly as your shoulders drop a little lower.
Your eyelids start to feel heavy.
You're starting to feel sleepy.
Feel the tension leave your body with each breath.
Just notice your breathing and notice that with every breath you're feeling calmer and more relaxed and allow this relaxation to occur naturally.
And imagine yourself surrounded with white light.
See yourself immersed in white light.
Imagine that with each breath you inhale the light and you exhale all the problems.
Breathe in the white light.
See it fill your lungs,
Your heart.
Radiate in your body.
Feel it in your fingertips and your toes.
Feel the warmth spreading in your whole body.
And as you exhale imagine all the negative energy going out.
Breathe in and see the light cleansing your whole body.
Breathe out and see a dark cloud leaving your body and being dispelled immediately.

Breathe in the peace.
Breathe out the drama.
Breathe in the love.
Breathe out the trauma.

Breathe in the serenity.
Breathe out all your fears.

And release all your insecurities.

Let go of all your limitations.
Breathe in inspiration.

And release all your blocks.
Breathe in the abundance.
Breathe out the illusion of scarcity and lack.

Breathe in and feel the calm.
The confidence.

Breathe out and release your need to control.

Feel that you are connected to the whole universe and feel that you are safe.
And see this bright light shining in your heart.
Inside of you,
There's an infinite source of strength,

And you know that all the answers you can possibly need are already there inside of you.
And all you have to do is take a few minutes to breathe and allow them to calm.
Just breathe and let your spirit take the lead.
Your mind can rest while you're guided by your inner wisdom.
Remember your true nature.
You are wise.
You are strong.
You are loving.
You are inspired.
You are calm.
You are capable.
You are serene.
You are resourceful.
You always know what is best for you.
You always make the best decisions.
And your life isn't folding in the most perfect way.
Because you always make the right choices.
And every time you listen to this meditation,
You are healing yourself.
You are reminding yourself of your power and wisdom.
And you know that you can always come back to this infinite source of wisdom,
