Bedtime Affirmations After you've prepared the environment for a good night's sleep,

Lie down comfortably in your bed.

Start breathing in and out deeply and slowly.

Allow your breath to bring in relaxation and let go of tension in your body and mind.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

And as you're starting to feel more relaxed and settled in your bed,

Listen and repeat these affirmations silently in your mind.

I close this day and I let go of anything that was unresolved.

Tomorrow will be another day and I can resolve what needs to be resolved.

I am now at the end of my day and I easily let go of everything that happened today.

My mind pauses with the intention of a restful night.

I allow my mind to be free and clear at this moment.

Today I did everything that I could.

I did the best I could.

I choose to release emotions or thoughts that block my ability to sleep peacefully.

I invite in calm and serenity.

I close the cycle of this day.

I am ready to charge my energy levels to start fresh tomorrow.

My mind and body know exactly what to do to get the best out of this pause.

I choose to let go of all tension in my body and mind.

I relax my entire body.

I allow restful and peaceful sleep.

Falling asleep comes naturally and easily.

I feel calm and safe in my bedroom.

I feel completely relaxed here and now.

Now it is time to be caring and compassionate with myself.

I deserve to sleep and to rest my body and mind.

I am calm and sleepy.

I choose to focus on the many things in my life that bring me joy and comfort.

I am grateful for my life.

Life supports me in every possible way.

I am always supported and protected.

There is nothing to worry about right now.

Everything is well and taken care of.

I deserve to allow myself a restful and peaceful night.

I am completely present in this moment here in my bed.

Everything that I do is enough.

What I did today was enough.

My to-do list will be better handled in the morning after a good night's sleep.

Now it is time to rest.
