Uplift your energy meditation.
If you're feeling a bit down or your energy is a bit low,
This meditation will help reset your energy.
To begin,
Find a comfortable spot,
Either sitting or lying down,
Whatever would feel the most supportive for you and your body today.
Gently closing down your eyes,
Bringing your gaze to your third eye,
The center of your forehead,
Noticing if you can see anything here.
Begin to tune into your body,
Noticing how it's feeling in this moment,
Inviting in three deep clearing breaths,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through your mouth,
Softening your forehead,
Another deep clearing breath in and out,
Softening your shoulders and all along your spine,
And one more deep clearing breath in and out,
Completely softening throughout your entire body,
Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm,
Noticing any sounds you can hear in your external environment,
Beginning to let those go,
Bringing your awareness to any sounds internally,
Anything you can hear inside your body,
Slowly letting those sounds go,
Bringing your awareness to your energy body,
Your energy within your body,
And around your body,
Noticing how it feels,
Does it feel light or heavy,
High or low,
Without judgment,
Just simply noticing,
Beginning to invite in beautiful white cleansing energy through the top of your head,
This energy releases anything you're holding on to that isn't serving you,
Any negativity,
Any blockages,
Feeling this white light fill your entire body from your head to your toes,
Uplifting your energy,
Raising your frequency,
Inviting this energy now to fill your aura,
All around the physical body,
Clearing away any density,
Any blockages,
Filling you with vitality and vibrancy,
Allowing this white light to completely cleanse and transmute your energy,
Once you feel lighter and cleansed,
Bringing your awareness to your third eye again,
Beginning to visualize somewhere in nature that is uplifting to you,
Somewhere where you feel your best,
And you find your energy naturally cleanses there,
So maybe that's by the ocean,
In the mountains,
In the forest,
Or on the beach,
Trusting whatever comes to mind,
Beginning to visualize yourself in this natural setting,
Noticing the sky above,
The ground below,
Noticing your energy in this space,
Allowing this environment to completely cleanse your energy field,
Noticing how you feel in this environment,
Taking a few more moments to sit in this energy,
In your favorite place,
Gently letting this visualization go,
Knowing you can come back to this space at any time,
We're going to finish our practice with a mantra,
So a mantra is a word that you silently say in your mind,
And today's mantra is om namah shivaya,
So this mantra will help build your energy as well as clear it,
And help put a protection all around your energy field,
So you can gently begin to repeat the mantra,
Om namah shivaya,
Om namah shivaya,
And I'll watch the time for you,
And gently guide you back when it's time,
Enjoy,
Gently letting the mantra go,
Beginning to feel that white light around you once more,
Filling your entire aura with divine light,
Setting the intention that you bring this energy into the rest of your day,
The rest of your week,
Just calling in Archangel Michael to seal this energy with a protective energy barrier of divine love and light,
Setting the intention that only divine love and light can enter,
And when you're ready,
Bringing your awareness back into your space,
Noticing any sounds internally,
Externally,
Noticing how your body is feeling,
Bringing some gentle movement into your fingers,
Your toes,
And when you're ready,
Slowly opening your eyes,
