This meditation will support you in aligning with your soul.

To begin,

Find a comfortable spot,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close down your eyes.

Relax your shoulders.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

And out through the mouth with a sigh.

Letting go.

Another deep breath in.

And out with a sigh.

Letting go of your day.

And one more deep breath in.

And sighing it out.

Completely letting go.

Returning to your natural breath.

Noticing any sounds you can hear in your background.

Letting them go.

Notice your thoughts.

Inviting your mind to find stillness.

Noticing your body.

Inviting in softness and relaxation from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.

Feeling your body sink into the surface you're resting on.

Bringing your attention,

Your awareness to your heart center.

Feeling your heart expand.

Visualizing a bright light here,

Growing and growing as it fills your entire being.

Radiating out into your aura.

This is your connection to your soul,

Your higher self.

And just setting the intention to connect with your soul now.

Asking your soul to bring awareness to your energy.

And asking your soul what it feels like to be fully aligned with it.

Living from the seat of your soul instead of the ego mind.

Asking your soul to show you what it feels like in your body.

In your mind.

Asking your soul what you can do to align with it on a regular basis.

Noticing any thoughts,

Visualizations,

Or inner knowings.

How can you align with your soul on a regular basis?

Staying in this alignment with your soul.

Thanking it for its guidance today.

Taking a moment to ask it if there's anything else I would like to share with you.

When that feels complete,

I invite you to introduce the mantra Aum.

This connects you with the universal source energy.

It helps align you with your soul truth.

Gently repeating the mantra Aum in your mind.

Your mind wanders.

Bringing it back to the mantra Aum.

I'll watch the time for you and gently guide you back when it is time.

Enjoy.

Gently letting go of the mantra now.

Noticing how your mind feels.

Your body.

Bringing in some gentle movement.

Bringing your awareness back into your environment.

When you're ready,

Slowly opening your eyes.
