Gluten-free chocolate brownie recipe,
Written and narrated by Anna Scoils.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients.
300 grams of ground almonds.
150 grams of gluten-free flour.
12 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
100 grams of demerara sugar.
500 milliliters of milk or water.
12 tablespoons of olive oil.
And 2 eggs,
Preferably free range or organic.
You will also need 2 baking trays,
Greaseproof paper,
A spatula,
Mixing bowl large and a wooden spoon,
Teaspoon and tablespoon.
Place all of the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix them together thoroughly.
Then add the olive oil and mix together.
Add in the milk a little at a time to combine.
Then add the 2 eggs one at a time,
Stirring to make sure everything is combined to a smooth batter of dropping consistency.
Then get your prepared baking trays greased and lined with greaseproof paper.
Putting in some of the batter in both tins and smooth down with the spatula to make the mixture evenly distributed.
Then bake in a fan oven on 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
Once cooked,
Cool on a wire rack and cut into the sizes of brownies that you would like.
They're usually cool within about 15 minutes or so,
But make sure you test them before you try them.
Happy baking,
