Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and relax.

This is the doorway to the woodaxe.

A place where you have no resistance.

A place where you find your true self.

A place where you let go of your thoughts.

Watch your thoughts pass by your mind.

Do not jump on them.

Simply witness them being there.

Just close your eyes and shut down your mind.
