Hello and welcome to this L'Oreal Face Meditation.

The time after your ovulation and up until your menstrual bleeding.

A time for grounding and connecting with your inner wisdom.

I would invite you to close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Feeling your body connect deeply with the earth and exhale slowly,

Letting go of any tension or restlessness.

You can even visualize roots growing from your spine down into the earth,

Anchoring you into a safe grounding energy.

Slowly scan down your body,

Noticing and releasing any tightness in your face,

Neck,

Shoulders and then slowly all the way down to your toes.

Feel yourself relaxing deeper with each exhale.

And now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,

Your center of wisdom and intuition.

And visualize a gentle glowing light here,

Representing the deep knowing within you.

With each inhale see this light grow stronger,

Filling your abdomen with warmth,

Grounding and inner calm.

I would also invite you to repeat these following affirmations silently.
