Hello and welcome to this meditation for hormonal harmony,

A space to nurture and balance your feminine energy.

Begin by finding a comfortable position and close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

Begin by taking a few deep,

Slow breaths and let each exhale release any tension.

If you'd like,

You can even imagine roots extending from your body,

Anchoring you into the earth and connecting you with its grounding and stabilizing energy.

Now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen and imagine a soft,

Calming light there,

Representing balance and harmony.

Visualize this light gently pulsing,

Expanding outward to fill your entire abdomen,

Pelvis and then radiating to every cell in your body,

Bringing a sense of peaceful,

Nourishing energy.

Imagine this light balancing your body,

Promoting harmony within each system and supporting your natural rhythms.

I would now invite you to silently repeat these following affirmations.

I honor and nourish my feminine energy.

I honor and nourish my feminine energy.

I trust my body's wisdom to support me.

I trust my body's wisdom to support me.

I trust my body's wisdom to support me.

Now stay here still with these feelings of balance and harmony,

Trusting in the wisdom and resilience of your body.

Take a few deep breaths,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling nurtured,

Balanced and at peace.
