This is a guided meditation for grounding and transformation.
Take a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
Bring your hands to your thighs,
Palms facing up.
Let your spine rise tall.
Root your sit bones deep down into the earth.
Imagine that you're sitting in the palm of the hand of Mother Earth.
That she is holding you in this time and space.
She provides stability,
Comfort,
Groundedness,
Love,
And nourishment.
Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Watching the flow of your inhale and exhale.
I will say these mantras and you can repeat after me.
I am held.
I am safe.
I am free.
I am open to transformation.
I trust the process of life.
Connect back into your breath.
Feel the ebb and flow of your inhale and exhale.
Feel the roots of your sit bones,
Legs,
And feet.
Imagine the roots growing underneath the surface into the deep dark soil,
Nourishing your soul.
Pulling you into this place of centeredness.
Take this moment to honor this space and time that you are in.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take a nice long deep inhale.
Exhale out your mouth.
Inhale all the way to the top.
Exhale release.
Bring your hands to your heart center.
Gently blink your eyes open.
