Welcome to the quantum alignment meditation,
A process to align yourself emotionally with where you want to be,
Along with each step to take forward.
In order to begin,
Let's remember that each phase is designed for you to guide your body emotionally,
Where it is going so that it paves the way for your logical mind,
Telling your brain and your body what it is about to expect.
So then when it shows up,
You're able to be in alignment with it.
Now if you're ready,
Let's begin.
Bring up the image of where you are today,
What you have currently in your life,
And how you feel.
And as you do that,
I want you to envision your desired reality,
The one that's just a few steps away in the future.
I want you to notice how you feel when you think about that future reality.
And as you think about it,
I want you to feel the desire of wanting to harness that.
And then pay attention to how you feel right now.
Take a moment to think about the previous phase of your past.
You remember where you used to be before?
Do you remember being the person who desired to be right where you are?
Who created where you are today?
Who created a new opportunity for your career?
Or perhaps expanding your education?
Or to start a new relationship?
Or that person that wanted to start a business?
That person didn't have their finances or their health sorted.
That person was living in a place that they wanted to shift from,
Or was just wanting to begin a new chapter.
Or perhaps move more deeply into family life.
Where were you just one single phase back from today in your life?
Remember being that person and send them thanks.
So much gratitude for them leading you right to where you are now.
Back then you had another challenge,
But other problems that you needed to solve.
And now you've solved them.
And it may be hard to see that today,
But I want you to remember that at one point in your life,
No matter where you are today,
Whether it's,
You know,
Buying a home,
Traveling the world,
Or perhaps revamping your career,
Wherever you are today,
It might even be removing some things from your life.
Working through anxiety,
Leaving a relationship or a place that you felt stuck,
Where you are today is your unique creation.
And so I want you to take a moment and think about the journey that has led you to this very moment and really appreciate and thank that version of yourself.
Thank that version of you that got you to where you are right now in life.
Notice how grateful you are to be where you are.
Notice there are so many people that are not yet in the space to receive this.
Just by the fact that you are listening to this,
You're moving on to a profound chapter.
You have the device to play it on,
To hear these words.
You're in the top You're in the top 1% of fortunate human beings.
What we have in life today is beyond what most throughout history didn't even have access to.
What we have today,
Just 20 years ago,
Was not possible.
We live in such rich abundance.
You've got such a fabulous life.
And I want you right now to feel grateful,
Appreciative,
And content with exactly where you are.
And allow yourself to feel an overwhelming sense of appreciation and satisfaction of where you are in life right now.
And also feel the desire to be somewhere else.
I want you to feel both of these at the same time.
And as you do,
I want you to tap into your intuition and ask,
What's the first step that you need to take towards that future desire that you really want?
What's that first thing that you need to do to take that first move?
And then listen.
Just listen for that answer to come to you.
It should be the first thing that comes to you.
When you know it,
Write it down.
And then I want you to take that step energetically in your mind and move forward into that first step that's going towards your desired future.
What is that step?
Maybe you've got a name.
Perhaps you've been given a symbol.
Maybe it's something you've already known of.
It's something you've moved yourself to become.
Maybe it's something that you let go of.
Maybe it's a new behavior.
Perhaps you've moved to a new environment.
But what's that next step?
As you make this step,
I want you to thank the version of you in the past.
The version of you that took all the action to get you right here.
I want you to deeply thank yourself and the wisdom that you hold.
And as you're asking yourself this question,
How does it feel to be at this phase?
How does it feel to have already achieved this future reality?
And I want you to imagine that you've already achieved it.
And I want you to ask yourself,
What would it feel like if this was already in the now moment?
How would it feel if it was here?
What could you then believe about life?
What is my belief now that I'm here?
What do I believe about myself?
What do I believe about being here?
What do I believe?
And as you do,
I want you to feel immense satisfaction with where you are.
Grateful for where you've been and inspired to get to where you want to go.
Breath and allow yourself to feel it.
And as you feel it,
I want you to notice that your future reality is still a couple steps away.
In fact,
There's at least one step between where you are now and where you truly desire to be.
And now that you're ready,
I want you to take the next step towards your future reality.
And as you take this step,
Step into the next place.
Whether that's a new environment,
Whether that's a new belief structure,
Whether that's taking new actions,
Maybe it's a new result in life,
Whatever it is,
What's that next guided step?
And as you take that step,
Let the old you drop away and turn into your grateful past.
And as you allow your gratitude to express backwards in life,
To all the people you've been,
Take a moment and thank all those versions of you that had to take action and that were courageous enough to step into this new place.
Take a deep breath and ask yourself,
How does it feel to have achieved this place?
How does it feel to be in creation of this legacy?
What does it look like?
What are the things I'm doing?
What have I achieved?
What do I say to myself now that I'm here?
I want you to notice that your future desire is a single step away.
So it seems quite easy at this point.
It's only one step away.
In life,
Everything is just one step away.
But while we are here,
You're about to achieve your future reality.
How does it feel?
Are you excited?
Are you grateful?
I want you to feel appreciative of where you are and how you got here,
Knowing that what you want is just a single step away.
And when you're ready,
When you truly have felt the gratitude of being where you are in life,
I want you to take the step into your desired reality.
As you do,
I want it to hit you that you've achieved what it is that you wanted to achieve.
Look back at your past,
At all the things you had to go through in order to be this person,
And just notice that it couldn't have been any other way.
Some of the things you thought were negative were actually providing the path of awareness to be right here.
They weren't a rejection.
They were redirecting you to where you needed to be.
I want you to feel gratitude for every person in your past,
Every place you've been,
Every upset state you experienced,
Every single time things didn't go your way.
And I want you to express massive gratitude for yourself,
Because even though things were bumpy,
Even though it was sometimes tough,
You got through it.
You're showing over and over again that you can rely and trust yourself,
Who created.
You knew what you wanted to do,
And it's time to extend gratitude to all the past versions of you.
One step back,
Two step back,
And the present day,
The one in the past,
And just feel tremendous love for that person.
Just feel love for them,
Because they did it.
They got you here.
Now you're here.
I want you to notice what it feels like to have achieved your desired reality,
And I want you to really feel it.
Think into it.
Now that you've achieved what you've wanted,
How do you stand in life?
What's in your life?
Where are you?
What does it look like?
What have you achieved?
How do you feel?
What are the other feelings associated with this feeling?
What are you doing with your body now that you've achieved it?
Let's celebrate.
Sit in your body the way that you would be having achieved this already.
Wouldn't it be nice if you could just flood your body right now and guide your body to exactly how it would feel to have achieved this?
And as you do that,
I want you to allow yourself to feel this feeling.
Amplify it.
And as you start to feel it,
Allow yourself to feel this even more.
And the more that you are able to sink into that feeling or that vision,
The more you want to feel it.
This might be difficult to start with,
But start saying things in your mind of what you'd say if you achieved it.
Start imagining yourself achieving this and then notice how it feels to be that person right now.
And as you do,
You're signaling your genes in new ways.
And as you do this,
You're guiding your body to how it is that it needs to feel.
So go ahead and feel it.
Allow yourself.
And however you're feeling,
It's imperfection.
You're going to become a master of this process.
And as you're doing this,
You're really seeing it,
Really feeling into it.
Now take a big breath in,
Pause a moment and breathe out and allow yourself to know that this is you.
This is who you are.
What would need to happen in order for you to feel this even more?
Even more.
And to know that this is already done in the quantum realm.
As you allow yourself,
Just a little bit of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy,
Pride.
So allow it to flow through you as you feel it.
And now let's notice that this isn't the end of the road for you.
There's more to come.
What's the next desire for you now?
As you're here,
Where are you going to next?
And an image will pop into your mind or a word or a thought of where you want to go next.
It could be a completely different path in life,
Or it could be more of the same.
Let's go ahead and choose the next desire in life now.
And as you do that,
I want you to step forward in your mind to that next place in life and leave behind your current desired reality.
As you step forward into this place,
You've moved past the point of the desire that you wanted.
The desire you've now already achieved is behind you.
And I want you to notice what is it that you do next in life.
As you think back,
Feel gratitude for being the person that achieved that original desire.
Feel gratitude for the person that had to take all the steps to get you there,
All the way back to the present day,
All the way back to the past.
And I want you to feel immense gratitude for all the different versions of you that had to be courageous,
That had to take a chance and go for it.
And as you feel it,
I want you to notice how it feels to be this person.
How does it feel in your body,
Being somebody that's already achieved all of those things and is now doing even more.
Who's in your life?
What's in your world?
What do you get to play with now?
Who do you get to be?
And I want you to notice how it feels,
How it looks.
And now we've got these lined up in your mind.
Let's go right back to the present day.
So rewind right back to this present day.
And now you're here.
What's the first step that you need to take?
And in your mind,
Take that first step.
Feel it.
See it.
Feel that first step.
Feel the gratitude for the person in the present day,
The person in the past.
Allow yourself,
Guide your body to the natural action it needs to make.
Now that you've taken that step,
What's the second step that you need to take towards your desired reality?
Take a big breath and make the leap.
Step forward.
Feel gratitude for the person behind you,
The person in the present day,
The person in the past.
You're one step away from your desired future.
Guide your body to what it needs to do,
And then take the step into your desired reality and feel it.
Be the person that made all of those moves.
Notice what it feels like to be the guide,
To be the person who made this quantum leap.
Really see it and feel it.
Take as many deep breaths as you need.
How does it feel in your body,
Being the person,
Being the human that did this?
Take one more step.
And as you make that next step into the future,
One pass where it is that you want to be right now,
Notice how that feels.
And in your mind as you're here,
I want you to play through the steps where you were in your past,
Where you were in your present.
Where were you in one step,
Two step,
In today?
And how does that feel?
Through your mind,
Play each step through your mind.
Replay it.
Where were you in the past?
Where were you in the present day?
One step,
Two.
Your desired reality that you just achieved.
And then where are you?
One step in the future now.
Go through it again.
Deep breath.
Go through it again.
Breathe deep.
Feel it.
Feel each step.
Envision each step.
Breathe deep.
Think into that amazing feeling like you know exactly what you need to do.
Feeling like you did the most important thing already.
Feeling like you invited in your new event horizon.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your body with the feeling that there's a future version of you that you have created that is calling you like them to a magnet.
There is a future version of you that is so proud of the action you're about to take.
Is so proud of you pushing through everything that's challenging.
There's a future version of you that's so immensely grateful for who you are and what you're doing right now.
There's a future version of you cheering you on and wanting you to succeed.
And so when you're ready,
Come back to your body knowing that there is a quantum alignment for where you want to be.
Do this as many times as you can.
Whenever you're ready,
You can come back to me.
Open your eyes.
Wiggle your toes and fingers.
Have the most amazing day of creation.
