Sit comfortably and gently close your eyes.

Allow your shoulders to relax more and more.

Your whole spine.

Your whole body.

And as you become aware of your own breath,

Travelling in and out of your nostrils,

Your mind feels peaceful and calm.

And it is expanding in all directions,

Filling the whole space around you.

Feel aware of your own breathing.

Your body is now totally relaxed.

Your mind expanding more and more.

Surrendering to the inner light that you are.

And as you perceive this energy field surrounding you,

Still aware of your own breath,

Allow this light to expand from your own heart.

Any thoughts come to your mind,

Just let them go.

As clouds pass through the sky.

Allow this inner light to fill your whole room.

As you are fully aware of how expanded your mind and your heart center have become.

There is nothing to achieve.

Just being.

And resting in your own soul.

Gradually and slowly,

You are filled with this light of consciousness.

Feeling totally free.

Relaxed.

Yet strong and purposeful.

Become aware of your own body and your own breath.

And now you start to feel totally grounded,

Peaceful and calm.

And very slowly,

In your own time,

Aware of your surroundings.

Your room,

Wherever you are.

Filled with the power of light.

The light of peace and purpose.

Feeling more and more grounded to the earth.

As you perceive your own body,

Rested and strong.

We become once more aware of your breathing and how it has changed.

And when you are ready.

As you become aware of your surroundings,

Using your breath to feel totally grounded.

Know that the light of awareness has filled you totally.
