Moving to the understanding of the power of Self-Love. How important it is to truly love ourselves, unconditionally. How self-love comes from within, by the way we perceive ourselves. We will explore different ways to love ourselves more, by appreciating the good in us. Learning to be kind and loving towards our own being. Letting go of any self-critical internal dialogue and replacing that with a more loving one. In the guided meditation, I will give exercises for you to learn how to love yourself more. You may use this method until the new mind-set sinks in.

The Power Of Acceptance
This lesson is about the power of acceptance, both self-acceptance and acceptance of others. When we accept ourselves and others, life flows more easily. Acceptance is one of the key components to bring a greater inner peace, preventing us from getting hurt too easily, and we learn through a guided journey to welcome acceptance. This practical way will enable us to experience that deeper acceptance, not just as an intellectual concept, but as a living energy.

Forgiveness
We will explore the enormous power of forgiveness. The awareness of letting go of past grudges helps our well-being to flourish more and our heart chakra to fully open and expand. I will guide you through an inner journey, releasing old barriers of unwanted resentment as we allow forgiveness to open our hearts, and see the benefits of living with an open and expanded heart centre, feeling more alive, more present. This results in a far more joyful life, inviting more opportunities to share and receive the true qualities that a loving and forgiving heart holds within.

Being kind also means raising our own vibrations. You start to become a living prayer by the way you live your life. We will look into this principle on a very deep level. You will know how much kindness there is deep in your soul that you can offer to all.

Freedom
We will explore the meaning of true freedom and understand what it truly means to be free. We will look into the deep freedom that arises from Spiritual Awakening. The more we awaken, the more we can truly let go of all unwanted thoughts and limiting patterns. True freedom is the ability to be free from fears and anxiety. We will meditate together to find greater freedom within and experience this deep state of inner awakening where we can start to let go of any limiting beliefs we know we may have of ourselves in order to make room for greater joy and fulfillment.

As with kindness, the more we offer kind thoughts and prayers to others, not only are we helping the whole world to become a better place, but we are raising our own Consciousness and therefore we receive infinite benefits. The meditation will give us an opportunity to create and send out positive thoughts to all. Therefore, we can have a first-hand experience of the power of prayer. We will witness that the more we give in kindness, love and care, in our prayers also, the more spiritually enriched we become.

I will show that compassion gives us the ultimate key. Allowing the total awakening of our inner truth, where the perception of that deeper dimension of stillness and of the soul becomes accessible. Compassion allows us to enter our hearts, through which we can access the inner dimension of who we truly are. In bringing this course to a close, we will recap on the practical tools that you can use in your daily life to expand it with many positive subtle changes, as our outer world is only a reflection of the inner world. Use these techniques, to improve all levels of your life.
