Welcome,
Dear ones.
In this guided meditation,
We are going to go on a journey together where we connect with the beautiful and powerful divine light of Archangel Michael.
So let's begin by closing our eyes and finding a comfortable position to sit or lie down in.
Just taking a few deep breaths and allowing your body to relax with every exhale.
Bringing your awareness to your heart,
Breathing into this space.
And as you exhale,
Just let go,
Allow your heart to open in order to receive any messages that Archangel Michael has for you today.
All of the muscles in the face begin to relax,
The jaw relaxes.
And as you continue to breathe,
Focusing now a little bit deeper into your heart.
I want you to imagine a door there.
What would this door look like?
This doorway into your heart,
If you could place your hand on it,
How would this door feel beneath your hand?
And what color is this door to your heart?
We're going to push this door open,
Knowing that once we do,
We're going to enter into the garden.
Beautiful space that is found within your heart,
Filled with birds,
Green grass,
Wildflowers.
Perhaps there's trees in your garden.
Stepping through now,
Take a moment to observe what does the space within your heart look like?
Looking down now at your feet,
You begin to notice that there is a trail.
You follow this trail and as you do,
Begin to feel how this trail feels beneath your feet.
Can you hear the crunching of gravel?
Or perhaps this path is paved and you can feel the smoothness beneath your feet.
Continue to follow this path.
And in the distance,
You begin to see a clearing.
This clearing begins to expand as you approach it.
You find yourself in this expansive space that feels so peaceful.
The sun seems to shine a little bit brighter here.
And in the center of this clearing,
You see a large tree.
This tree seems to stretch all the way up to the heavens and the roots all the way down into the deepest part of the earth.
Curious,
You place your hands on this tree and feel the healing power as it surges through your fingertips and throughout your entire body.
This tree holds the power to clear your energetic field.
If there is anything that doesn't serve you,
Any stress from the day,
Any negative or lower energy,
This tree will clear you.
Chakras,
Every cell of your body.
So take a moment here to connect with this tree and to allow this energy to heal through every part of your body.

And now that you feel immersed in this white light,
You begin to sense a being approaching you from behind and this energy coming towards you feels gentle.
You get a sense that you are safe and protected as Archangel Michael begins to appear in front of you.
Archangel Michael is here to offer you a gift today and to hear anything that may be impressed on your heart.
Any burdens he is here to lift.
If you need courage or strength,
He is here to assist you.
Perhaps you need protection.
He is your bodyguard.
Or if you're wanting to speak your truth but have a challenging time doing so,
He holds the sword of truth and is wanting to share that with you today.
So take a minute here to connect with Archangel Michael and to share with him anything that may be on your heart.
He is guiding you to sit with him on this picnic blanket in front of the tree.
And he is asking you now how he can be of service.

And all the way up to the top of your head,
So that every cell of your body becomes immersed in this healing light.
And you may hear an affirmation or a new truth that you want to call in as well at this time.
And I invite you to do so now as you continue to see this light traveling through your body,
Flowing and cleansing.
And when this feels complete,
Archangel Michael gives you a big hug.
Feel all of the love that is here for you today,
Breathing in this love and seeing it surround you,

Through the garden,
And back to the door,
The entrance to your heart.
Begin to notice this doorway appear before you.
And when you're ready,
You can step through,
Arriving back in your body,
Back fully into this time and space.
Feeling your feet on the floor,
Wiggling your fingers,
Maybe moving your head from side to side as you fully become present.
And when you're ready,
You can take a deep breath in and exhale,
Fully arriving back now.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
