Now breathe in a beautiful deep red stream of light down your spine and let it pool right at the bottom right where you're sitting,

A red beautiful ball of light.

Scan this ball of light for any areas of shadow,

Clearing out any doubts or fears that you're feeling about being safe and provided for.

Allow that red stream of light to pool into a beautiful round ball,

Pulsating with red light.

Feel your gratitude for Mother Earth that nourishes and provides for you.

Affirm that you are surrounded by loving community and feel supported at all times by Mother Nature.

As you see and feel your strength and security,

Feel this red ball of light balanced in whole and expanding out in all directions.

As your root chakra is cleared and energized,

Feel yourself connected to all things.

Breathing in now a tangerine orange stream of light all the way down your spine and let it start to pool just below your belly button and back.

As this beautiful orange ball of light begins to form a sphere,

Scan it for any shadows,

Any areas of darkness around your relationships,

Personal power,

Creativity,

And your ability to manifest.

Clear any tension or resistance that you have.

Feel yourself flowering open your creative expression having a space in which to blossom and your power imbalance.

Feel an ease with all of the relationships that you have,

Know in this space as this beautiful tangerine ball of light begins to expand in all directions that anything that you are here to create and manifest must do so.

See them pulsing and energizing in unison,

Expanding out in all directions.

Breathe in now a beautiful golden yellow light all the way down your spine and into your solar plexus just beneath your ribs and back.

Feel this golden ball of light expanding.

Clear any issues here around self-doubt,

Insecurity,

Worthiness.

Explore your inner dialogue to support the reality of your unique magic on this planet at this time.

You are here to create and contribute something special to this planet.

There are things that you and only you can manifest.

It was your birthright.

When removing the veil the truth and the wisdom has complete access to your inner self at all times.

highly beneficial practice. my only experience with chakra meditation has been through insight timer and web content so it's been difficult to find a practice that I really feel a connection with, especially having no point of reference for what constitutes a "good practice." By the time I found this I'd likely tried upwards of 30 different chakra meditations with only a few that didn't have me asleep before the solar plexus or realizing that I'd slipped into a trance like state when the ending bell sounded. This one however had me engaged the whole time, seeing the most vivid and consistent colors I've ever seen. The way I was guided to connect with each chakra worked incredibly well for me, yet was so elegantly succinct. I confess I even listened to this one while laying down🙄after a quarantine birthday for my 9 year old stepdaughter that had me up into the early hours of the morning😵 before resigning to a child's bunk bed as my bed was occupied by two little girls👨‍👧‍👧. To keep me engaged successfully was no easy feat and you did it better than anyone ever has for this type of practice. thank you.
