Hello my name is Amita and welcome to the gratitude meditation series.
Our topic today is gratitude for little things.
So let's begin.
I want you to take a moment think of all the little things that make up your life,
Your everyday.
I would like you to sit comfortably or maybe even lie down.
Take your mind off completely from the physical body and focus on this list,
This mental list of all the little things that make up your life.
You can keep your eyes open or close them if it helps to see the list better.
Now on this mind's pen and paper begin to write down your list with the things that you are grateful for.
No matter how small,
How insignificant they might seem to you right now just write them down.
Something like write down the three things that made you smile today.
One,
Two,
Three.
Now I want you to write down three more things that made you smile this week.
Now think of three memories that make you smile every time you think of them.
Now I want you to open your eyes and feel the smile on your face.
And now you have one more thing that made you smile to be grateful for tomorrow.
