Using positive affirmations to strengthen your self-belief and confidence.
Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.
If you'd like to journal these affirmations,
Grab your journal.
Otherwise,
Repeat them to yourself,
Either in your mind or out loud.
Take a moment to relax the body,
Relax the mind,
And open the heart.
Start to breathe a little more deeply into and out of the nose.
Scan the body for any place you may be holding tension,
And release that tension.
And now we recite these affirmations.
I believe in myself.
I am capable of achieving my goals.
I embrace my talents and skills.
I am worthy of success.
I show up fully for myself.
I can see myself succeeding in my chosen endeavors.
I feel joy.
I feel satisfaction.
And I feel empowered when I achieve my goals.
I can reflect on my strengths,
Both big and small.
I am proud of myself.
I am grateful for the qualities that I possess.
I am grateful for my work ethic.
I am grateful for my passion and drive.
I am a very determined person.
I love who I am.
I love what I do.
Nobody else can do what I do the way that I do it.
I believe in myself.
Come back to the breath.
Gently open the eyes.
