I'm going to walk you through dropping into your heart in this moment,

Closing your eyes,

Allowing yourself to really be present in this moment,

Right here,

Right now.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

For four slow counts,

Folding at the top and releasing through the nose for four slow counts.

Entering the heart space now,

Feeling the warmth and the softness,

Feeling and receiving energy that's in your right hand on your heart,

In your left hand on your sacral chakra or your womb space,

Feeling the energy connecting you to your body,

To your breath,

To your heart,

To this moment,

Allowing yourself to surrender,

Letting go of the to-do list,

Allowing yourself to just be,

Feeling the air all around your skin,

Being fully present in your body,

Feeling the awareness.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
