Welcome,

I'm Amber Lavin,

A dating and relationship coach helping conscious singles find and maintain authentic love through embodiment and mindfulness.

This meditation will include a brief talk and a gentle guided meditation to help you reconnect with yourself.

Take this time to pause,

Breathe and allow yourself to be fully present.

You deserve this space.

With practice,

You will learn how to recognize when fear and doubt are drowning out your inner voice that is struggling to be heard.

You'll know that you're listening to your inner voice when you feel empowered,

Authentic and peaceful.

And meditation is a great way to start tapping into this process or to continue to build this process of listening to your inner voice.

So that's what we're going to do this morning.

We are going to just listen this morning.

We're going to begin by listening to the sounds around us and then closer towards the end,

Start listening to ourselves and what's happening inside of us.

So go ahead and get into a comfortable position for meditation and that can look like anything at all,

Whatever that looks like for you and your body this morning.

And begin to take a few deep breaths,

Reminding yourself that you're alive this morning.

And then you're going to hear the bell.

As you feel yourself begin to settle into the practice,

Slowly move your attention away from your thoughts and begin to listen to the sounds around you.

You might hear cars outside or little creaks in your house.

Just begin to notice how the sounds change and their impermanence.

Something comes and something goes.

Now transition to listening to our internal self without judgment.

Just listening.

Just as the sounds around you with the sounds inside.

It could be sensations or thoughts.

Slowly begin to flutter your eyes open.

Come back to the space and time.
