Take a moment to get as comfortable as possible.

If you can,

Dim the lights.

Turn any alerts on your phone to silent.

Use whatever blankets and pillows you'd like.

Find a restful place for you to lay down or sit.

Now just take a few more moments to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

And if you are not feeling well,

I recommend propping yourself up if you can and keeping a glass of water nearby.

If for any reason you need to cough during the session,

Just know that it's no problem.

And that you can easily and effortlessly drop back in to your relaxed state.

Wonderful.

Gently move your head from side to side a few times.

Move your jaw back and forth.

Open your mouth wide and then relax it.

Stretch your fingers and toes out wide and then relax them.

Become aware of any tension you are holding in your shoulders and mindfully release.

Allowing your shoulders to sink heavy and relaxed.

Be aware of any tension you may be holding in your stomach and abdomen.

Mindfully releasing it.

Becoming aware of the pleasant sensation of releasing held tension.

Becoming mindful now of any tension you may be holding in your hips,

Pelvis and glutes and releasing it.

Closing your eyes and turn your gaze to the space between your eyes.

See a soft,

Gentle light in that space.

Imagining that light turning into a soft color.

Taking a long,

Slow breath in and slowly sighing it out.

Keeping your internal gaze turned toward that space between your eyes.

Continue for a few moments to take long,

Slow inhales as deep as you comfortably can.

And slow,

Steady exhales.

Know that with each exhale your body and mind relax further and further.

You choose to allow yourself to relax fully at this time.

You know that it will benefit you.

Taking another breath in.

Whatever is comfortable for you.

Exhaling slowly.

This meditation will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping.

Try to remain awake by listening to the sound of my voice.

You will be asked to move your awareness to various bodily sensations,

Emotions and images.

Try not to concentrate too intensely.

Simply allow the experience to happen.

Become aware now of any sounds that you can hear,

Nothing else but what you can hear without strain.

Begin to focus on the most distant sounds.

Let your sense of hearing radiate outward.

Seeing the energy of the sound waves.

Searching out distant sounds and following them for a few moments.

And now gradually bringing your attention to closer sounds.

To any bodily sounds.

And without opening your eyes,

Visualize the four walls of the room that you are in.

And now the floor.

And the ceiling.

And imagine you can see yourself from a bird's eye view.

See your face looking peaceful.

And imagine a glow of healing energy.

Protective energy.

And loving energy surrounding your whole self.

Taking in all the details.

Becoming very aware of your physical self.

Become aware of yourself and your body again.

Become aware of your natural breath that moves in and out of your body.

Notice the sensation of breath as it enters your body through your nose.

Be aware of a sense of coolness as you inhale.

Follow that sensation on its path through your body.

All the way down into your lungs.

Observing a sense of warmth as you exhale.

Feeling the warmth on your upper lip.

Allow your breath to become longer and slower.

Take a long,

Slow inhale.

By longer,

Slower exhale.

Slow inhale.

Slower exhale.

Slow inhale.

Slower exhale.

Continue breathing in this way.

Going back to your natural,

Easy breath.

Releasing any control over the inhale or exhale.

Perfect.

You are doing so well.

Remind yourself of your intention now.

By saying in your mind,

My immune system is healing and protecting me now.

Repeat that statement or your version of it three times in your mind now.

And now we begin with a rotation of consciousness.

By moving our awareness as we journey around the body.

Allow the awareness to go as quickly as possible from part to part.

Repeating the name in your mind as you become aware of it.

Staying alert and yet allowing the experience simply to happen without much thought.

Become aware of the right hand.

Right hand thumb.

Second finger.

Third finger.

Fourth finger.

Fifth finger.

Palm of the hand.

Back of the hand.

The wrist.

The lower arm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

Armpit.

Right waist.

Right hip.

Right thigh.

Kneecap.

Calf muscle.

Heel.

Soul of the right foot.

Top of the foot.

Big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Become aware of the left hand.

The left hand thumb.

Please do not sleep.

Total awareness.

Staying fully relaxed and yet completely alert.

No movement.

Becoming aware of your breath.

Feel the flow of your breath in and out of your lungs.

Do not try to change the rhythm.

The breathing is natural and automatic.

It is effortless on your part.

Maintaining awareness of your breath.

Complete awareness of your breath.

Now start counting your breath backwards from 10 to 1.

And with every breath you are more and more relaxed.

Feeling completely safe and secure here.

Feeling the sensation of deep peace and relaxation.

Deeper and deeper relaxed.

With every breath.

Feeling more relaxed than you thought possible.

Muscles sinking heavy into the cushion beneath you.

And 1.

Now feeling complete security and relaxation.

Imagine sensing the whole body becoming light.

So your body could float away from the floor to the ceiling.

Your head is light and weightless.

Your limbs are light and weightless.

The torso is light and weightless.

The whole body is light and weightless.

You are rising higher and higher away from the cushion you are resting on.

Enjoying the sense of feeling so light and weightless.

Imagine now your body becoming heavy with relaxation.

Feeling that warmth and heaviness of complete comfort and relaxation in all parts of your body.

Each part becoming heavier,

Heavier,

Heavier.

Your head is heavy and relaxed with comfort.

The limbs are heavy and relaxed with comfort.

The torso is heavy and relaxed with comfort.

And the whole body is heavy and relaxed with comfort.

So heavy it is sinking into the cushion beneath you.

Awaken the experience of cold now in your body.

Experience chilly,

Cold.

Imagining being outside in the winter without enough warm clothing.

Feeling the chill permeating your entire body.

And now allow the sensation of warmth to spread throughout your entire body.

Marvelling in how your thoughts are making your body feel.

Remembering the feeling of heat in summer when you are out in the sun.

Feeling heat radiating out onto your skin.

Heat all around your body.

And now imagine your body.

Feeling not too light and not too heavy.

Just simply being the perfect balanced weight for your full and complete relaxation.

And now feel your favorite temperature.

Not too cold,

Nor too hot.

Simply total and complete comfort.

Begin to concentrate on the space in front of your closed eyes.

Imagine before you a screen as though you were at the movies.

The screen is as high and as wide as the eyes can see.

Concentrate on this screen,

Becoming aware of any phenomena that manifest within it.

Perhaps a green square transforming into a blue triangle.

Changing into circles and ripples of rainbows and light.

Whatever you see now is the manifesting state of your mind.

Continue your awareness of this space with no need for judgment.

Simply detached awareness.

Noticing images.

Letting them come and go as they please.

Without any need for direction or thought.

As clouds occur,

Let them flow in and out as a detached observer watching a screen.

Continuing with this detached,

Comfortable,

Relaxed,

Secure awareness.

Experiencing your soft and subtle breath.

Your chest lifts and lowers with each breath so easily.

And with every breath,

A field of clear and perfect light begins to grow and form around you.

Until you are completely illuminated by this radiant,

Glowing light.

Knowing that this is a healing light,

A loving light,

A protective light.

Imagine now the tiny balls of sparkling light begin to form underneath that glow.

Gently dropping down like a sweet rain.

Softly touching your skin and then hovering just above your skin.

And as you breathe softly and naturally,

They begin to sweep ever so softly and tenderly back and forth.

Like gentle fingertips brushing your skin.

Inhale,

They sweep one way.

Exhale,

They sweep the other.

These lights sweeping over your body are familiar.

There are hundreds,

Thousands of them.

You begin to feel buoyant and light as they continue to gently sweep over your healing body.

Your inner knowing recognizes these lights as important,

Transformative energy that flips the shadow side,

A belief into light and positive,

Transformative beliefs that create a healthy and happy you.

I once knew a woman who believed that her body had a fixed amount that it was capable of healing and she always seemed to be sick.

I also knew a man who lacked confidence in his body's ability to heal and he seemed angry at his own body about it.

I have also known many people who have believed that their body is capable of amazing things and remained calm and peaceful so their bodies could heal when they were sick.

And these people always seem to get better so much faster.

So you know that this is possible just as T cells and B cells in your body are transforming infected cells into a healthy body and mind in you in this very moment.

Breathing easy,

Sensing that gentle sweeping over your face as you inhale and exhale,

Sweeping away needless negative effects of thoughts,

Beliefs,

Feelings,

Emotions,

Memories.

And limit your belief in your natural and powerful ability to heal,

Brushing now over your face and head,

Transforming the power of harmful thoughts,

Free,

Liberating you to become a powerful self-healer,

Light,

Feeling unlimited,

Beyond,

Expanded with lightness.

Continuing to relax with every breath,

So relaxed and peaceful,

No need for thought.

Your inner knowing recognizes the powerful healing state that you are in now.

Sweeping over shoulders,

Arms and hands,

Floating so light and then to the neck,

Transforming any harm from self-doubting words,

Energy field glowing,

Expanding.

And now you continue to breathe naturally.

The doubts,

Fears and negative energy about your ability to heal are gone.

Floating,

Sweeping over your heart,

Transforming any heavy emotions into peace.

Angels,

Wings,

Sweeping,

Healing,

Strengthening,

Light as a feather made of lights,

Sweeping gently over your chest,

Healing,

Sweeping over your lungs.

You are buoyant and glowing with healing energy.

Limiting thoughts are removed.

No need to do anything.

Feeling lighter and lighter.

You are experiencing old negative energy,

Transforming into confidence and belief of the natural self-healing power in your body.

Sweeping over your chest and lungs,

The natural easy way your body repairs,

Heals and restores itself as you remain so relaxed and the lights continue to sweep,

Feathering back and forth in rhythm with your breath.

Sweeping over your hips,

Glutes and abdomen,

Sweeping gently back and forth,

Over your back,

Transforming fear into joyful gratitude automatically without thought as it moves and glides across your skin.

Feeling light as a cloud,

Heaviness lifting,

Simply breathe,

Allowing the lights to work,

Sweeping and brushing negative energy stored in the knees and thighs now,

Transforming fear into courage.

Feel the sweeping over your feet and calves,

Transforming feelings of isolation into connection.

Feeling feathery lightness as negative energy continues to release,

Transforming into positive energy.

Feeling buoyant and light like a cloud,

Transforming doubt into belief,

Into powerful healing thought and energy.

Do not needing to do a thing,

Simply breathe,

Continue to breathe and heal,

Allowing the lights to work.

Envision that field of light around your body now and see thousands,

Millions,

As many as the stars,

Tiny lights dropping down from that energy field,

So many that they are countless.

And these gentle lights seem to melt into your skin,

Feeling that warm pleasant sensation on your skin now.

Feeling even more and more relaxed because you know that these lights are on their way to heal you now.

You can see them in your inner vision,

As real as your physical self,

Countless tiny lights in your system.

Some are transforming unhealthy tissue in your lungs into healthy working tissue.

Others are sweeping out any infection from your lungs,

Clearing your lungs to breathe easier,

Breathing natural and relaxed in this healing state.

It's like a massive radiant community gathering together to heal and repair your body,

Just as communities come together to heal and repair towns and cities after natural disasters.

Now you see other lights zooming around your system,

Millions and millions of lights moving,

Identifying which infected cells or virus germs are which.

It is amazing how smart they are.

And you see them turning infected or virus cells into energy for you,

Dissolving away anything harmful,

Breathing natural and relaxed in this healing state.

The lights are moving everywhere in perfect coordination and unison.

They are finding even the most tiny spaces within and taking care of any infected cells.

They are so calm and methodical in their mission,

Deftly balancing the inflammation response so it stays under control just as you did when you found your perfect weight and temperature so you know that this can be done.

While they call in T cells and B cells to finish off any virus left,

Making sure that you stay protected.

And above those lights continue to gently sweep over your skin,

Continuing to transform doubt into belief,

Fear into courage,

Isolation into connection,

Creating high energy that generates even more energy for this healing work.

And all the while your breath remains subtle and soft.

They are working together as a vast,

Intuitive,

Powerful,

Organized community,

Keeping thoughts positive,

Healing your body,

Releasing the right amount of T cells and B cells to fight off COVID-19.

Breathing easy and natural,

No need to do anything.

This system works without any conscious thought.

The more you relax,

The deeper it works,

Relaxing deeper and deeper with every breath.

And now you notice that some lights within you are turning a vibrant green like the color of a new leaf.

And these green cells do something remarkable.

They float quickly like they're drawn with a magnet to every healthy cell in your body.

And as they make contact with your healthy cells,

They pass on information needed so that these healthy cells do not become infected by COVID-19.

And every time these healthy,

Informed cells divide,

Their children cells now know how to stay healthy as well.

And amazingly,

COVID-19 can no longer trick any other healthy cells within you.

Breathing deep and easy,

Aware of those gentle,

Sweeping cells above you,

Continuing to do the work of clearing away doubt and fear while the millions of little white lights move quickly around your body,

Finding any infected cells and transforming them into medicinal energy while keeping any inflammation under control like a perfectly orchestrated squad of firefighters putting out a forest fire.

And now you notice some of your inner lights beginning to glow a heavenly,

Vibrant lavender.

These cells calmly float to the places within you that sense your feelings and emotions.

Gathering like beautiful lavender clouds at sunrise over any places where negative energy is stored.

They release a calm,

Cool rain over places where there was panic,

Fears,

Guilt,

Concern,

Anxiety,

Anger,

Doubt.

And any other negative emotion that you may have experienced being rinsed away with any damage done being rinsed away,

Freeing your body,

Mind,

And spirit from those low-energy emotions.

All feelings are neutral and it is normal to experience them all.

And as we shower to keep our bodies clean,

We also need to release low-energy feelings from our bodies because they steal energy that can be used for healing.

Become aware and feel and sense all of those negative emotions melting away now,

Releasing under that lavender gentle rain.

And that release relaxes you into a state of bliss.

Let your inner clouds quickly fill the spaces left by the negative emotions,

Filling them with patience,

Self-love,

Gratitude,

And assurance that you are a powerful self-healer in the knowledge of positive thoughts and a relaxed state of being,

Creating the energy you need to heal well and fast,

Knowing to remain calm when you feel panic or fear.

Know that when you feel the sadness of isolation,

That there is a community of lights that are made up of people all around that are supporting you.

Just like all the lights within,

Working together as a community,

You are greatly loved and you are not alone.

Your love will always be surrounding you.

Experience floating above the Earth now,

So peaceful and serene and majestic.

Looking down,

You can actually see all the people,

Millions and millions,

And each of them glow,

Reminding you of the lights within.

And you see from this vantage point how all those lights are connecting with energy that is exchanged through actions and words and thoughts.

And you notice that it is the loving energy that glows most brilliantly,

Lighting up all the dark spaces on Earth.

And it is from this point of view that you can see everyone's connection,

Like neurons in a mind connecting cell to cell with loving,

Healing thoughts and energy.

And you become aware of your connection to everyone and everything.

Feeling that surge of loving energy as you realize that you are a part of the whole body,

That you are within and whole.

And at the same time,

Yourself,

With your awareness,

Having an awareness of the whole state of being.

You are greatly loved.

You are not alone.

Feeling gratitude flooding your body for this global community supporting you,

Sending you their love and prayers.

And knowing that your gratitude lights your healing energy and everyone else's like a star.

No longer feeling the sadness of isolation.

Never feeling so connected before.

And just like storms and illnesses in the past,

This too shall pass.

And your heart glows with radiance.

Your lungs clear.

Your cells regenerate and heal.

You are feeling so comfortable and at peace.

Staying here in this blissful state for just a few moments.

And you can listen to this often and every time you do,

Your beliefs in your healing ability are strengthened.

And for now,

It's time to begin to come back to full awareness and the here and now.

As I count from one to three.

One.

Being aware of your whole body and the energy field around it.

That's it.

Two.

Feeling a blissful peace.

Loosening your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Coming back to the here and now.

And three.

Feeling happy and at peace.

That your body is healing.

That you have the powerful ability to heal yourself.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes or continue to sleep profoundly and deeply while your body heals.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be safe.

And may you live with ease.
