This meditation will connect you with the wisdom of your past self to help you clear up blocks to manifestation. I'll guide you into a trance-like state so that you can clearly tap into your past self, hear her wisdom and experience her love and encouragement.

I want you to envision yourself lying on top of a white fur rug,

Really plush.

And as you're laying on top of that rug,

I would like you to feel into the fur,

Feel yourself sinking into it,

And it kind of forming around your body.

And I want you to feel the rug slowly and safely lifting off of the ground,

Lifting you up through your roof,

Lifting you up over your home,

Lifting you up through your neighborhood and over your town,

Slowly floating you to a safe,

Peaceful place in nature,

Someplace where you feel warm,

Supported,

Creative,

Watching as that rug slowly floats to the ground in this safe outdoor place.

If you have shoes in this meditation,

Just envision yourself slipping them off so your bare feet can stand on the ground.

Feel what the earth is below you.

Is it grass?

Is it sand?

Is it dirt?

Feel into the sensation of the earth below your bare feet.

I want you to slowly turn using your senses,

Taking in the sights of wherever you're at,

Breathing in,

Smelling the air,

Noticing how clear and fresh it is,

Noticing any other smells,

Noticing if there's birds or animals,

Trees,

Wildlife,

Water,

Just letting a soft smile come across your face as you feel safe and supported in this place.

Then I'd like you to notice that nearby that there is a trail that leads up a mountain.

Make your way over to that trail and start climbing up higher and higher as the trail leads you up the mountain,

Looking over the beautiful place in nature where you were just standing.

We'll continue to climb up higher,

Higher,

Higher until finally you're at the top of the plateau and you can see everything around you.

It's microscopically the trees,

The animals,

The ground,

The fur rug you once stood on.

This in the top of this plateau of this mountain,

There's a hole with a beautiful shiny brass ladder.

You're going to go over to the hole and start climbing down the ladder,

Feeling the coolness of the brass under your hands,

Under your feet,

Safely climbing down,

Lower and lower,

Deeper into the earth.

Step by step,

Rung by rung,

Until you're finally here on the floor.

You step down and you see a beautiful cozy room.

I want you to decorate that room to make you feel most comfortable.

Allow the walls to be adorned with photos,

Put furniture in the room,

Envision it there,

Sofas,

Beds,

Chairs,

Whatever makes you feel happy in this room.

Flowers,

Candles,

Maybe a fire.

You'll see now that there is a rug with some pillows on the ground.

I want you to find your way over there and sit on one of the pillows as if coming to a meditation in this place.

And here in this position,

I want you to invite a younger version of yourself,

Full of whimsy and wonder,

Maybe six,

Seven years old,

When she was still full of imagination and dreams and possibility.

I want you to invite her into the room to sit across from you on a pillow.

I want you to notice what she's wearing,

Her hair,

What she looks like.

I want you just to smile at her,

Look into her eyes,

And let her know without saying a thing that she is so loved.

I'll have you place your hands,

Palms out,

Palms up,

Inviting her to place her hands on top of yours.

I'd like you to wrap your hands around her,

Squeezing them tight,

Reminding her again that she is safe and loved and that all of her dreams are beautiful and not only beautiful,

But possible,

That they are meant to be hers.

I want you to communicate to her that you believe in her and that you know that every dream that's placed upon her heart was put there for a reason,

No matter how grandiose or fantastical or big or bold.

They were all put there for a reason.

And I want you to allow her to remind you of some of those dreams and desires.

Remind her of some of those things.

Let her remind you of some of her deepest desires,

Some of the things that she wanted and dreamed of,

What she might become,

Who she might be,

Where she might live,

What she might look like,

Who might be in her life.

Allow her to remember and show you each of these dreams through her childlike eyes.

And each dream she shows you,

Accept it with a smile,

Remembering how amazing it was to be that full of wonder and curiosity and creativity.

I want you to assure her that you'll hold those dreams in a special place and that you absolutely have what it takes to make those dreams come into reality.

Maybe some of those dreams are already so.

If so,

Just tell her,

Let her know that some of them have already come to fruition and look at how proud she is of you.

See the delight on her face as you tell her what you've accomplished.

And as you remind her that you will try with all your might to become the woman that she dreamed of you being.

And as you make these sacred vows to one another,

I want you to continue squeezing her hands,

Breathing in and out.

You'll notice as you do that there's a golden light that begins to shine.

As you breathe in,

It goes from her heart to your heart.

As you breathe out,

It goes from your heart to her heart,

Growing stronger and more intense with each breath in and each breath out.

As you do,

The light grows and it surrounds the two of you until suddenly there is no you,

There is no her.

There is only a golden light possibility left in the room.

As this happens,

I invite you to start to come back into the room where you're at now,

Your physical body.

Move your fingers and your toes.

And then start to come back to your normal breath pattern.

When you're ready,

Come to a seated position or just move back into your body.

All right.

That is our session for today.
