All right,

So I want you to breathe in through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Just keep your eyes closed and I'll bring you back to the room whenever we're ready.

So I want you to envision yourself in the room that you're in right now.

And I want you to see yourself sitting on a beautiful white for a rug or laying if you're laying down.

Just feel yourself as you relax into the fur,

Feel the texture,

Feel the form of your body slightly sink into the rug.

And then you'll notice that safely the rug begins to lift and levitate off of the ground,

Lifting you up,

Taking you through the ceiling,

Through the roof of your home,

Hovering you above your neighborhood.

Then you'll float slowly and safely above your town,

Further and further,

Out until you're in your favorite place in nature.

Once you're there,

I want you to see the rug float slowly,

Safely,

Lower and lower,

Down onto the earth.

Now I want you to stand,

Feeling the ground below your feet,

Taking in the scenery,

Noticing your surroundings.

I'll have you turn around slowly,

360 degrees,

Feeling the earth underneath your bare feet,

Taking in a big breath,

Releasing,

Releasing,

Noticing perhaps if in this place there is some water or some trees,

Noticing any sounds you hear of nature,

Animals,

Birds,

Breathing slowly and appreciating your surroundings and knowing that you are completely safe and held in this place.

I want you to notice behind you a trail that leads up the side of the side of a mountain.

Slowly make your way to it and start climbing up the trail higher,

Higher,

Higher,

Looking down to see as everything below you grow smaller.

Continue to breathe in deeply,

Noticing the smells and how they might change as you grow high,

Grow higher on the mountain.

You continue to climb,

Further and further up,

Winding up the trail,

Noticing trees and plants and wildlife as you continue to climb,

Until finally you're at the top and you can look down and see everything below from a different perspective.

You'll also notice at the top of the mountain there's a hole with a beautiful brass ladder.

You approach the hole,

Stepping onto the ladder,

Feeling the coolness of the brass under your hands and slowly start to step down,

Climbing lower and lower into the earth,

Rung by rung,

Hands and feet on the cool brass going lower and lower and lower into the earth.

Finally you'll enter a room.

The room will feel warm and cozy and familiar and safe.

You need to look around the room and notice as decorations adorn the walls to fit exactly what you would desire in a safe comfortable place.

You'll notice the furniture,

The artwork,

The walls,

Rugs.

Now I want you to make your way to a place on the floor,

Sitting down,

Looking down at the wall,

Looking down at the wall,

Looking down at the wall,

Looking down at the wall,

Looking down at the wall,

Sitting down and observing yourself from a third person perspective.

Look at yourself just as you are in this moment,

What you're wearing,

How you look,

How you feel.

And as you sit there,

Breathing in through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

I want you to invite in your higher self.

This is a future version of you and she is living the life of your wildest dreams.

I want you to notice her as she walks into the room,

Cool and calm,

Happy and serene.

Invite her to sit across from you,

Soaking in the stillness,

The calmness of her presence.

Noticing how peaceful and grounded and truly deeply happy she looks.

You might notice she looks even younger than you feel now.

She breathes lightly,

Her shoulders are relaxed,

Her brow is not furrowed,

Her lips are not pursed,

She has a slight soft smile.

Invite her to sit across from you and notice how she places her palms face up,

Inviting you to place your hands inside of hers.

I invite you to do so,

Placing your hands on top of her warm palms and letting her wrap her hands around yours.

You'll notice now that you continue to breathe together,

Your breath slowing to match her pace,

Slow and relaxed,

Without a care in the world.

And without communicating to her verbally,

Look into her eyes and sit and understand what she has done to get here.

Absorb her knowledge as you look at her,

Absorb her way of feeling and being,

And again without asking any questions.

Invite her to tell you the vision for your most miraculous life.

Invite her to communicate to you what is possible,

What magic and wonder is available for you.

If you simply step into the light that is available to you,

Step into the greatness,

Step into the fullness of your potential.

Allow her to show you through images,

Tell you through words what is truly possible for you.

If you would stop playing small and stop being afraid,

What is it that she wants for you?

What is it that she wants you to see,

To know,

To do?

Ask her how you might fully and deeply express your potential in the most profound way.

She holds your hand,

Let her show you the vision for your relationships,

Your friendships,

Your lovers.

Allow her to show you a vision for your life,

For your career,

For your livelihood.

Gaze upon the images she shows you with awe and possibility.

Knowing that she would not show you one thing that wasn't meant for you because she is you and she has already seen what is possible.

Allow her to guide you,

Allow her to show you what your life might be if you step into the fullness and the light available to you.

Sit with her and breathe.

As you let this vision of possibility sink in,

Perhaps she's shown you things that you already know and desire.

Perhaps she's shown you things that you never even dreamt as possible,

But as she shows you things that you already know and desire.

Perhaps she's shown you things that you never even dreamt as possible,

But as she shows you,

Believe it,

Hold it as true,

Absolute possibility.

Knowing that she would not for one moment misdirect you or show you something that wasn't meant to be yours.

Now as you continue to hold her hands and breathe,

You'll notice that a white light is extending from her heart to your heart.

As you breathe,

That light grows brighter and stronger until it envelops you,

Until it envelops her.

And it's just the two of you sitting there in this beautiful room,

Surrounded by bright white light of potential and possibility.

Then you'll notice there is no one in the room.

It is only light.

It is the warmth of your essence,

Of the two of you together,

Of your future self,

Of your higher self,

Joining with you now to show you what's possible,

To encourage you,

To guide you,

To support you and hold you.

Feel the warmth of the light as you continue to breathe in and breathe out a few more breaths.

Slowly start to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Roll your shoulders back,

Back into the room.
