This is an extended version of "Grace and Mercy," featuring a blend of orchestral instruments in a calm, minimalist development. The piece conveys a growing concern that something fundamental in the world needs fixing. It starts with a personal desire to reclaim my life and ensure a good future for my children.

Sometimes, it seems only meditation can counter the toxic attacks on our minds and bodies. While it may not save humanity, it is one of the few things that can temporarily improve my condition and highlight the damage we cause to ourselves, both individually and collectively.
