Welcome to this meditation allowing you to fall deeply into sleep,
Deep into relaxation,
Deep into sleep.
Notice your breath as you take a breath in and a breath out.
Let the rise and fall of your breath be like the ocean,
In and out,
In and out.
Let your muscles relax,
Let your body relax,
And feel the earth,
Feel the gravity of the earth pulling you towards her,
Holding you.
You are safe,
You are home,
And you are known.
You can rest and be assured of this love,
Of this safety,
Of being held no matter where you are,
No matter where you go,
No matter what you do.
You are held just,
And you are safe in this room,
In this place.
You can rest,
You can let go of all the thoughts,
Of all the ideas and to-do lists.
You can let it all go.
It's time to rest,
Time to sleep.
And as you breathe in,
Surrender the out-breath,
And on each out-breath,
Relax your muscles,
Relax your body a little more.
Let your mouth corners curl a little bit as you smile,
And know that you are loved,
You are held,
You are safe.
To rest,
To let go,
To surrender this day,
And all ideas and all thoughts,
Your body,
Your mind,
Your heart,
At ease.
Always trusting,
Present to this moment,
The sensations in your body right now,
And any tension,
Any tightness,
Any pain.
Give that your presence,
Give that your acceptance,
And like the earth is holding you,
You can hold these sensations,
These parts of you that love,
That care.
With acceptance,
And with love,
Miraculously,
You may grieve that which is within us,
And care,
And love.
There is peace,
There is calm,
And the gratitude beyond words and descriptions.
Can you sense it?
You can know.
You can be this for yourself.
Loving,
And always held.
Surrendering deeper,
And deeper,
And deeper.
Into rest.
Into trust.
You can sleep now.
You can rest now.
There is nothing to do.
Nowhere to go.
Nothing to achieve.
Just being,
And love,
Thoughts of gratitude for yourself,
For this body,
For this life.
Sleep is calming.
You can answer.
Your body is completely at rest.
Sinking.
Sinking.
Into this breath.
Into now.
Sleeping is easy.
You are just the type of person that wants sleeping easy.
You always feel safe to let go and sleep,
Because you know you are held,
And loved,
No matter where you go,
No matter where you are.
No matter what you do,
You are free to be,
To relax,
To rest.
You have permission.
You are welcome,
And you are invited to sleep,
To completely let go,
To completely surrender,
To completely rest.
Now,
Sleep is here.
As the out-breath takes you deeper,
And deeper,
Into relaxation,
Into rest,
Into ease.
