This recording is to help you cleanse your energy.

Sit with your feet placed on the ground,

Preferably without shoes,

So you can feel your feet connecting you to earth.

Close your eyes,

Sit up straight.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take another in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take one more deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Really release everything in that deep breath out through your mouth.

Now imagine all the energy that is within you,

Anything that is negative,

Anything that does not serve you,

Anything that is not for your highest or best,

Any energy that does not belong to you.

Imagine all of that energy that you no longer need or want leaving your body through the soles of your feet.

Imagine all of that energy leaving through the soles of your feet and going deep into mother earth,

To the core to be recycled into consciousness.

Continue to imagine all of this energy,

Anything negative,

Anything heavy,

Anything that does not belong to you,

Any energy that no longer serves you.

Imagine all of it being released through the soles of your feet,

Completely now leaving your body.

And when you're ready now,

Imagine coming in through the top of your head,

Through your crown,

A beautiful,

Healing,

Pure white light.

It's coming from as high up into the sky as you can imagine from source,

A beautiful white cleansing light entering the top of your body through the crown chakra,

Through the top of your head,

Coming into your face,

Cleansing you down through your head,

Through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Through your chest and your back.

Down through your stomach,

To your legs,

Down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins,

And through your feet.

And imagine this light constantly coming in through the top of your head,

A constant cleansing energy,

Allowing anything else that needs to be released to completely release through your feet.

And all the spaces,

The gaps of energy that are left behind being filled completely with this white light.

Every cell of your body is completely filled with this white cleansing,

Healing light.

And in this moment,

As this light comes into you,

Put out any intentions that you have,

Anything that you seek,

Anything that you need from source,

Any resources that you need.

Is it courage or strength or help in some way or just peace,

Or even use this moment to just feel grateful for all of this healing and cleansing energy that is helping you in this moment.

Let all of that energy completely fill all of your cells.

And once it's filled your cells,

Imagine that energy expanding around you,

Creating a ball as if you were in a sphere of white light,

Which fills your body and creates the ball around you.

And now see the ball,

The outside of the ball harden so as to create a protective case around you.

This is your protective sphere of energy.

This is your protective white light in which you sit.

Feel the energy,

Play with it,

Feel comfortable in it.

This is completely your light,

Your energy here to heal you and protect you and keep you safe and give you everything that you need.

Whenever you feel the need during the day,

You can always come back to this space with your energy,

Completely protecting you from anything else,

From anything outside of yourself.

Take a moment now to really feel grateful for this moment,

To feel grateful for all of the good things in your life and to feel grateful for yourself for taking part in this practice today and doing this for yourself.

You can now open your eyes slowly whenever you're ready and this energy will stay with you through the day.

Whenever you need it,

Come back to this space once again and repeat this exercise.
