Welcome to this morning guided meditation for visualization and a positive start to the day.

Find a comfortable place to sit with your back up straight and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Take one more deep breath filling your lungs with oxygen in through your nose and let go of everything from the past out through your mouth.

Feel the calm washing over you over every cell of your body feeling relaxed and calm and at peace.

There is nothing to do in this moment.

This moment is just for you before your day begins.

In front of you with your eyes closed you will see a door.

Open that door and take a step forward.

On the other side of the door you see the life that you want to manifest for yourself today.

Visualize what today looks like.

How do you want to feel today?

Feel the feelings that today will bring.

Feel the joy.

Feel the moments of laughter.

Feel the accomplishments.

Feel the strength.

Feel the gratitude for all of the small beautiful moments that unfold today.

And feel that feeling of being well and truly connected to those around you.

Feel comfort in your space and joy and happiness in your life.

And now visualize what is happening through your day.

What is it that you are choosing to spend your energy and your time on today.

See your day unfolding in the best possible way.

Whatever it is that you have planned for today see it unfolding for your highest and your best.

And know that today all is well.

That everything that you experience is for your highest good.

And that you are safe today in yourself,

In your environment,

In your body.

Feel that safety and feel the positivity and the goodness of the day flowing.

And now what is it that you want to begin to achieve today?

See yourself in your space.

Feeling inspired.

Feeling creative and taking action.

Creating and doing.

Being a leader in your own life.

Creating a positive impact on all of those around you.

See others coming to you and thanking you for what you are doing for them.

See people in your life coming to you and tell you how much of an inspiration you are.

See yourself feeling proud of what you are creating in every moment.

Walk through every moment of your day.

And see it all unfolding for the best.

And walk through every moment of your day,

Everything that you will be experiencing today.

And see it all as a beautiful,

Positive,

Enjoyable experience.

See yourself having wonderful interactions with others.

Laughing and engaging in a way that makes you feel good inside.

Positive and happy inside.

See all of these experiences making you feel good about yourself.

Making you feel proud of yourself.

And as you continue to walk through your day in your mind and see it all unfolding in front of you.

See the final moments of your day when you are tucked up in bed feeling warm and comfortable and satisfied.

And feel yourself feeling a sense of deep accomplishment and deep satisfaction in how you have lived this day.

Sit in this feeling for a moment.

Everything that you have accomplished today.

Of the beautiful moments that you have experienced today.

All of the wonderful things that you are grateful for today.

Revel in this feeling for a moment,

Feeling absolutely positive and joyful and ready to sleep.

When you're ready,

Start to bring yourself back to this moment.

The beginning of this beautiful day that you have just created.

That you have just manifested and visualized.

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers.

Start to feel yourself present in this moment.

And as you come back to this day,

Set an intention for today.

Either out loud or in your mind,

Set this intention and feel it in your heart.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And out through your mouth,

Blowing all of your energy and intention into everything that you just created.

And see it all coming more to life.

And breathe in through your nose.

And again,

Breathe out through your mouth.

Blowing all of this energy into manifesting and creating this reality.

And take one more deep breath in through your nose.

And blow a final,

Beautiful blow of energy into this creation of your life.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes and take on what will be a beautiful,

Wonderful day.
