Let's start by getting into a comfortable position.

Sitting up or lying down.

You can have your eyes open or closed.

Notice the breath as it fills all the channels and passages of the body.

Now picture yourself outside.

You can be on the grass or on the sand.

Wherever you like.

You look at the clouds,

Calmly floating through the sky.

And like your thoughts.

You can say hi or you can say bye.

You then acknowledge the sun.

The sun says hello.

It decides to give you a special gentle warming ray.

Just for you.

It starts at the top of the head.

And then slowly starts to make its way down the body.

As it finally gets to the end of your feet.

You may fall into a feeling of peace and calmness.

You then,

Take two comfortable breaths.
