Start walking and focus on your steps.

Have a soft gaze on the horizon or whatever may be in front of you.

Pay attention to the contact your feet make with the ground.

When you take each step,

What part of your foot touches the ground first?

You realize that each step is its own unique moment.

You then may find that your mind goes for a walk,

A walk of its own.

If you want,

You can join in and go for a walk together.

Or you can just let it go.

And you'll be sure to catch up later.

You may start to sense other things,

Like the breeze on your skin,

Or the sound of your foot touching the ground.

You start to take in all your surroundings.
