You may choose to close your eyes or allow your eyes to gaze into a daydream within your surrounding.
Take your time to relax your body.
Shift where it is needed.
Relax your face and your jaw.
Allowing for all thoughts unwanted to slowly begin to fade.
As you clear for inner connection of your conscious self.
We are beginning to become aware in this present moment.
Right here.
Right now.
Take a few deep breaths here.
Inhaling.
And exhale at your own pace.
When you are ready with me.
Rub your hands together as we shift the stagnant energies in your hands.
Shake off any excess energy.
You may feel your hands slightly tingling and warm.
And now place both your hands to your chest.
Your heart area.
And take a deep breath here to connect to your body and mind.
With your heart.
As you enter into a space of conscious self.
You're also allowing for your cognitive abilities to discern and be open to receiving anything that is unsettling for you at any moment.
You become better equipped to keep your attention on truth and trust for you.
Keep taking a few deep breaths here to balance and center your energy into calm and receptive state of being.
