Pleasure Letting Go

I created this song when I realised how important and easy it is to incorporate letting go rituals in my life. I use it lots in the bath or shower, sensually enjoying the process of removing old energy. It is also good to dance and shake to. Even going to the toilet can be an enjoyable letting go ritual!
