Releasing fear.
As you start to take a few breaths here.
Continue to allow your breath to be your best teacher in this moment.
Fear is fantasized experiences appearing real.
Our minds have been hardwired to use fear as a teacher for basic survival needs for thousands of years.
This moment is about gaining back your power and your presence.
Fear can be a teacher working to keep you safe,
Supported,
And loved.
Whenever you feel fear teaching you a lesson,
Remind yourself that the mind does not yet know of the future.
It only knows what is happening now.
The mind has been hardwired to keep you safe.
It will try to predict possible outcomes,
Scenarios,
Answers to problems based on something that's causing stress or imbalance in your life.
So take a deep breath in.
Life is happening here in the now.
Let a deep breath go.
Release the fear that is no longer serving you.
Focus for a few minutes on your breath.
You might have to start over working to slow down your breath.
Your inhales and your exhales might get a little mixed up,
And that's okay.
We often breathe shallow throughout the day,
So sometimes the body gets excited when you slow down and focus on the breath.
Breath is your life force.
This breath.
Is coming back to bring life back in.
Again.
And again.
Each breath in is life coming back in.
Each breath out is releasing what no longer serves.
Continue to focus on your breathing.
Simply slowing down to breathe in the sweetness of this new breath that will never happen just like this again.
Releasing the breath.
That once upon a time served you and is now ready to go back out into the world.
Notice by counting your breath.
On your next inhale,
See how long it takes you to fully breathe in this breath.
See how long it takes you to fill up with prana,
With life force again.
And then count how long it takes you to release the exhale.
Notice how long it takes you to fully empty out.
Continue to count your inhale.
Continue to count your exhale.
Nice,
Easy breath in.
Easy breath out.
Now can you start to pause in between your inhales and your exhales?
Think of this as the balance point between your breath.
Work to make your exhale a little bit slower and longer than your inhale.
As you take your next breath in,
Hold on to your inhale like a warm hug.
Savor the breath.
As long as possible.
And then take your time slowing down on your exhale.
See if you can work on making your exhale a little bit sweeter,
A little bit longer than your inhale.
The pause point here.
Is where we can rewire the fear-based survival thinking and pathways.
And teach ourselves a new lesson.
Everything that you have.
Everything that you need.
Is already right here within you.
Whatever your mind is trying to prepare you for.
You have the tools and the answers here within.
It is in this pause point.
We learn to trust this process.
So let's put this all together.
Imagine a triangle.
Inside that triangle,
Inside those three points,
Is everything that you need.
Everything that you have that will serve you most.
Each breath is a line between the three points that are keeping that energy source safe and supported.
Your triangle will not be a perfect shape.
And that's what makes it beautiful.
The line between the breath.
Is holding it all together.
Exhale everything out.
Try inhaling for a count of 5,
4,
3,
2.
Two.
Hold.
Feel the breath like a warm hug.
And then exhale for 7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Bring the breath back in.
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold 2.
Hold.
One.
Exhale 7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Gather the breath back in for 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Hold 3,
2,
1.
Exhale 7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
To One,
Breathe in on your own and now count how long you can breathe in.
Pause at your own point and hold that inhalation breath like a warm hug.
Pull it closer to your heart.
Savor it as long as you can and then allow yourself to find your own exhale out.
Discovering your own triangular pattern of breath.
Connecting mind.
Body,
And being.
Holding everything that you need.
Everything that you have that is already here for you.
Continue to breathe.
You may have to rewire every single day to reset.
Keep showing up.
Keep practicing,
Keep breathing.
You've been hardwired this way for a long time.
Be patient and know that you can relearn a different way of being wired.
With less fear.
Less anxiety.
And less worry.
And also know that there's this natural part of you that is trying to keep you safe,
Supported,
And loved.
Fear fantasized experiences appearing real.
Is a form of you looking out for you.
Now pause once again and notice how you're feeling.
It's important to recognize the shifts,
As subtle or as big as they may be.
When you pause and take this opportunity to fill up your soul.
You will want to keep coming back here again and again.
A space where you know you are safe.
Supported.
And love.
Breathing in,
Repeating to yourself,
I am safe,
Supported,
And loved.
Breathing out,
I am safe,
Supported,
And loved.
