Welcome to the Heart Healing Visualisation with Alice Lapita.
As you sit comfortably with your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Following that breath all the way down to your stomach.
Feeling the rise and the fall with every breath.
I would like you to connect with something in your heart that's ready to be released.
An emotion,
A belief,
An attachment,
A memory.
Whatever has the greatest emotional charge.
Just sit with this feeling,
Allow it to rise to the surface.
Draw your attention inwards,
Into your heart.
See a white light of containment all around you.
This is your protective white light.
It's keeping you safe throughout this process.
Whatever feels safe and whatever's ready and appropriate for release.
It's coming to your attention and your awareness.
As it rises in your heart space,
Allow yourself to feel the emotions,
To feel what shows up and comes forward to the light.
Invite that emotion that has perhaps been trapped or hidden or even protected in the darkness.
Allowing it to surface as you search your heart for what needs attention or light.
When you find it,
Allow yourself just to feel it and lean into it.
There's no need to be afraid of it.
Just give it that full recognition.
Now I want you to feel in every bit of your being how this pattern was created.
Just observe how maybe it began,
Where it came from,
If there was anybody that helped to create this.
Was there an event that happened?
Just observe without any judgement.
And see how these ripples of pain may have spread and how all of the layers of protection were added over time.
I want you to observe how you've compensated for this.
How you've held it in your heart and in your mind and in your body.
How you've protected yourself.
See and feel that all you were doing was protecting yourself.
That you did believe it,
That you believed that that was your reality until today.
Observe what this looks like for you.
With your experiences,
Your emotions,
Your beliefs.
Observe how it shaped your perception,
Your reality,
Your interaction with people in your life.
Your judgements,
Your experiences.
And now I'd like for you to recognise how your compensation and your protection served you.
It was keeping you safe from the pain you were feeling or experiencing.
Begin to see this pain and these patterns and the behaviour and the beliefs as your teacher and not as your enemy.
Ask yourself,
Is it finally time to unravel and release this?
If so,
I would like for you to visualise all of this pain,
All of the darkness,
The heaviness,
The intensity.
Imagine all of it as an image,
Whatever image comes to mind.
And allow all of that darkness and pain to go into that image in your mind's eye.
And let all of that density,
The heaviness and intensity of the emotions go and flow away from everywhere that it's been stored in your body,
In your mind and in your heart.
And let it flow into that image.
And as more and more flows into the image,
Let the image expand and grow to absorb it all.
Begin to feel roots within you untangle and unwind.
And wherever you're holding onto self-judgment,
Sadness,
Shame and guilt,
Resentment,
Any part of you that's holding back from the light,
Allow it to flow into that image.
And allow it to intensify as much as it needs to until all of the pain,
The guilt,
Sadness,
Judgement,
Until it's all left.
Now imagine that bright light dissolve and absorb the image.
Surrendering to this white light and to see it grow and expand until you and everything is all inside of this white light.
No darkness remains.
Your pain has been released as it's fully dissipated into the light.
And now I want you to see your inner child,
All that aspect of yourself that started this belief,
This pattern,
This emotion.
I want you to look at them and see that they were doing the very best they could with what they were given.
The very best with everything that was happening at that time and offer them your unconditional love,
Your forgiveness,
Your compassion,
Your acknowledgement and your acceptance.
And finally I want you to bring that part of you back inside and reintegrate with this inner child,
With all of those aspects of yourself that you associated with that pain and that darkness.
Now that they're full of acceptance,
Love,
Forgiveness,
Allow them to come back and be a part of you,
To be accepted until you are fully whole again,
Owning every part of yourself.
You have released,
Allow yourself to breathe out.
Let your body relax and when you're ready you can open your eyes and come back into the room.
