Okay guys, Get ready because you are now going into full throttle training for your RAS and subconscious mind of the exact thing that you want to manifest into your life. This is a combination of timeline placement and NLP sub modalities so these are some powerful tools that we're using all wrapped into one lesson. And this is where yesterday's task is going to come in handy if you're typically not the best at visualizing really realistic situations and scenarios. You can come back to this at any time you like. I do this particular one at least three times a week for accelerated results so feel free to do the same. So go ahead and close your eyes now. Take a deep breath in and hold for the count of three, Two, One and let go. Just allowing all thoughts, Tension, Worries, And worries to fade away. Noticing your breath, Watching your breath as it comes and goes. Noticing the rising and the falling of your chest as you breathe. Feeling the warm air in your nostrils. Become aware of the feeling of your entire body. Notice how good it feels. At any time that you find yourself distracted just bring your attention back to the good feeling of your breath. I'd like you to choose your intention you'd wish to manifest here today because we're going to make the outcome that you desire for you so real. So real it will be as though it's already happened. So what do you want the most out of all the intentions that you've set on this journey? What would you most like to manifest? Choose just one thing to focus on and choose your intention. First let's create the image of your manifested intention. The one you described in exact precise detail in yesterday's lesson. How do you know your intention is happening? What's the first thing that you're aware of that lets you know that your intention is now manifested? Is it something you'd see? Something you'd fear? Something you'd say to yourself? Maybe it'd be something you'd hear. Go there now fully in your mind. Experience it. Where are you? What are you doing? Are you experiencing it? Now, Out looking through your eyes, Seeing what you'd see and hearing what you'd hear and noticing how you'd feel. Feeling absolutely excited now that your intention is in your reality. That's right. Take a moment to experience this fully right now. And we're going to adjust some of the qualities in this experience to make it as real and as exciting as possible. First of all, Is the image black or white or is it colour? Is it bright or dim? Can you make the image brighter? Can you make the image bigger? Can you add more colours to it? Will you take a moment to see all the different colours? Is it free frame or a movie? If it's still, Try adding some movement. Try speeding up the movement now and leave everything just where it's perfect for you. Take a moment now to adjust this picture and get it just how you want it. Whatever you need to do now to make it as exciting and as real as possible. Make all of the changes. Now, Are there any sounds? What are you saying to yourself? How loud it sounds? Can you make them louder? Does that feel better? Go ahead and adjust the quality of the sound so it sounds even better, Even sharper, So it feels even more real, Even more exciting, Even more joyful. Improve it more and more and notice the feeling and the quality of your feelings projecting from your heart. Is there a resonance or a vibration of the feelings? Connect with it. And as you focus on these feelings, Do they flow or spin in a certain direction? Notice what it's like as you allow those feelings to flow faster and stronger. More and more, Making whatever adjustments that you need to make right now. Because this is as exciting as it can be. You have just manifested your intention. It's done. Adjust all the qualities of your experience now to make it as thrilling and as amazing as it could ever be, Guys. They take those good feelings that are radiating and double them. Do whatever you need to do to the picture, The sounds and feelings to make it absolutely real and as compelling as possible now. See it is happening right in this moment. Feel it. Sense it. Not in the past, Not in the future. In this moment, Right now. You do not need to wait for it. You do not need to wish for it. It's already here. Have it happening now, Right in this moment. It is already so. You do not have to wish for it. It's already here. Take a moment to really feel, Really enjoy this experience. Feel the feeling as intensely as you possibly can. In this moment, Right now, You're with your desire and it is already yours. It is already created. I want you to breathe that into your heart right now. Lock it in. Seal it. Know it. Feel that certainty that it is already yours now. Allow yourself right now to feel the feeling of absolute relief. Allow yourself to feel the satisfaction and magnify this feeling of satisfaction, Of relief. Immerse yourself in this feeling. Let the universe that links everything together take care of all the details. Just focus on the end result and your higher self will guide you to the right people, Circumstances, Situations and events. Now this is where the fun really begins. I want you to step outside of the picture that you've painted. Now I want you to see yourself inside the scene, Almost like a screenshot or a photo with you inside, With that outcome happening and you right there in that photograph. You may even want to take out your hand and hold the picture right there in front of you. Now holding the picture in your hand. Right now I want you to float way up into the sky, Way up as high and as fast as you can, Energetically zooming up above you. Way above your frame of time. Rising above your timeline and looking down so you can see the present you sitting where you're sitting, Directly below you, Listening to this audio. Now stretching out in one direction you see your future timeline and stretching out in the other direction is your past timeline. And notice how all the things in your past seem so tiny and insignificant from way up here in this expansive space that you're in. Now I'd like you to move along your timeline into the future, All the way to the date you said that this intention will happen. So move out along your timeline, Slowly into your future as far or as little as you want to go into your future. And now looking down on that date, Holding the picture in your hand. I want you to release it now, Allowing it to fall and drop all the way down into your timeline. Seeing it fall down, Down, Down and lock itself firmly in exactly the place in your future that you said it will be manifested. As if your word is the law in the universe. Now we can begin to float home. Begin to float back to the present time, To your present self. Floating back slowly into your body as you feel that strong sense of knowing, Expectation that your intention has already happened in the future. And allow yourself to feel fantastic about giving yourself this experience knowing that you have asked the universe for what you desire and the universe will respond to it. Now be alert for signs and synchronicities beginning to manifest from this moment onwards. Because that which you seek is seeking you. Just focus on your desire. And know that your higher self knows how to bring it forth to you. Just relax and let go because it's already done. It is already done. Now the last part of this exercise I want you to say out of love right now. It's already done.
